Good day Judy! I used Bio Freeze by the gallons while I was working. We could get it when it first came out and you had to get it thru medical supply companies. We may have been genie pigs even.

Vickie I’m sure Aug 21 won’t get here fast enough for you. My little guy, that I watch every other week, used to stay the whole time, went to preschool last year and full time K-garden this year. I sure miss him when he isn’t here. But, it was also nice he went home after a full week her too.
I know it is hard, boy do I know, but, you HAVE to put a stop to that stress eating.
As to Jo’s advice teen groups at the church and sometimes high schools have a class/program and you could find one wanting community service hours.
Debbie it is good to hear from you. Let’s kick that blue funk to the curb. Yuck on the outside wedding in the heat. Give me a good air-conditioned church.
Trish I too had a lazy morning. I’m sure Colleen and the kids have fun camping with the in-laws. Have fun putzing. I hope you will be watching the Phillies lose to Detroit.
As I have said, lazy day here after getting the hay up. Bill and I went to breakfast at noon. He had slept in till 6am. That is very late for him. Now I am watching the daughter’s house full of kids while the adults are down running the Warrior Dash. They all dressed in matching shirts and had a few beers first, so they are going for fun and not best time I guess.

My lower back is hurting so I know we are getting a weather change. Rain is supposed to start 8 pm and continue till 4 pm tomorrow....to day spent a wonderfully restfull day in bathing suit on balcony in great temps, reading and hoisted the occasional glass of Italian Merlot with ice water chasers....what a treat today has been.
Yesterday called off a tapas lunch as had an IBS and diverticulitis attack last 2 days but went to Cirque du Soleil show which was the afternoon program. Not as good as previous ones, this is my fifth show but glad I went....AC on car which was working fine , suddenly gave out on way to show...so Monday have to take to garage. Hope not the compressor again as expensive and replaced just over a year ago.
Tomorrow my cleaner comes, so have to tidy up as I am messy (live alone! The cleaner coming gets me to tidy up).
