Tried posting twice and get "bad gateway" message as has been happening last few days on OH

They dont give drugs but do a local anaesthetic. Heard from colleague who lost both breasts to cancer that there is brief intense pain until numbing takes place. So tonight will pick up prescription phoned in to pharmacy by my doctor (female so she understands) for sub-lingual tranquilizer Ativan. Will take Wed night at bedtime and again Thursday in car to hospital, girfriend driving me there and home. Also have stock of Voltaren 50 mg suppositories (ok by my wlsurgeon if taken for arthritis flareups with oral Pantoloc for short duration, but I find good all round painkiller, so will use if needed when local anaesthetic wears off).

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you NOT have RULES in your CONDO?????? OMG!!!!!!!!!!! That IDIOT should be BANNED from there!!!!!!!!!! How in the hell do they let him get away with all that he has done to you and the rest of the neighbors?????? I am sure he has broken several of the RULES to live in that condo and you would have a pretty good case if you took him to court!!! Maybe if you all joined forces??? Do you have an association there?????

Hi Judy, and yes we do have rules in our condo highrise, construction noise is allowed weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm, and on weekends from 10 am to 4 pm. Work notices have to be posted so other residents can be forwarned ( such as "bathroom renos apt # from April 15- 30) and he has been fined for not posting and for noise out of hours....and for damage to his front door by his trades...he pays the fines imposed by Board for non-compliance and also pays the biggest condo dues as has largest condo on top of our downtown highrise, drives a Ferrari and has more money than any of us. He has sued everyone left right and centre, inluding the Condo Board for harrassment, and his high powered lawyers win. The Condo Board is doing/paying for all leak repairs in my unit and will try to recover from him, as he flat refuses to pay as his smart cookie lawyer says leaks have gone through common elements, and once past common elements and into another unit, no longer his responsibility as Condo insurance is responsible for Leak from common element to another unit"...believe me, I have discussed with Prez of Board, and Board is hiring the building's trades to work in my unit, and they do good work....

I have thought of selling, but I love my condo, it's views , my 2 balconues and great sunsets over the city and the gorgeous enclosed roof top pool and great location. Besides, my condo has doubled in value since I moved in. I keep hoping he will move, because if I do, I am capitulating....he owns several other condos in town as rental properties and a 300 seat restaurant at a lakeside location often used for weddings ....Inside his condo he can do what he wants other than remove loadbearing concrete walls, so he is allowed his nonstop construction zone in his 4 walls...

Thanks for the good thoughts for me this Thursday, but your sis is worse off as she needs a kidney transplant. Prayers going out for her....

WOW....I am so sorry for you but glad they are helping you out atleast...he is one jerk of a man if you want to call him that!!! To bad you can't picket in front of where he works...LOL

Sorry you have a neighbor from hell.  I think I would file a claim for damages against my insurance company and let them fight with his lawyers for remuneration plus compensation for pain and suffering.

Hope your biopsy is painless and I'll send you positive vibes that things are totally benign and just a case of over caution.

Thanks Cindi, but my deductible for ea*****ident is $1000 and some of the ceiling repairs in my unit have been less.....besides the Condo Board is covering the costs in my unit so I dont get increased premiums with each claim to my insurance company. Thats pretty reasonable I think....



As to suing him, Id have to hire a civil litigation lawyer and sue for loss of enjoyment and nuisance factor, but would take endless years to wind through court and the stress isnt worth it besides he has endless money and lawyers on retainer, dont want to fritter my retirement savings on an arrogant individual who cares for no one but himself....btw, unmarried ang going through women like a comb goes through hair....none last, but he has plenty of long-legged, long blond-haired 20-30 year-old Barbie Doll look alikes always around him ....

As to the calcification mass not there 2 years ago, yes I hope the news at end of month will be worthy of a good happy celebration...I will post here no matter what the biopsy results.

Thanks for everyone's support in all matters, this is a great place to vent as no one tears you apart like on the other Boards.... Always good sympathy here...

Im thinking of you! As for me I wint do that stereotatic procedure! I have calcifications a lot. I just have my WLS surgeon do a biopsy and remove them surgicaly. They just put me out and its done!

Afternoon Vic and OFF family!!!!

OMG day from hell here...LOL What was I thinking when I made all those appointments for today to do recerts plus start a new move-in for government side?????? OMG!!!!!! Plus the regular work things I have to do also??????? Me=Wonder Woman!!!!!!! LMAO!!! Yeah right!!!!!!!!! Hand and wrist is screaming in pain right now from all the writing I had to do today and now Rick is making crab legs and I have to crack them open to eat them....YIKES!!!!!!!! Me can do it...I hope!!!!! :-/ LOL

Have flood alert out til tomorrow morning...rain/storms starting here about 7pm tonight...again!!!!!! Sighs.......we want to plan a vacation but how in the hell can we if al this rain keeps up and this flooding????? Can't go away and trust mother nature not to flood us again....grrrrr!!!!!!

My sister is having some trouble health wise again...had another surgery on her arm and it got infected...ended up in hospital a couple days for it...she is home now but on antibiotics yet. Soon as she is done with them she is going to Henry Ford hospital in Detroit to see about her kidneys. Hopefully she can have a transplant soon???? Not sure yet how I can get tested she is looking into that for me. :-) But anyhow Prayers would be nice for her....thankyou so much!!!

So that is about all my news for today....

Jennifer - sending you positive vibes for the biopsy.  Thinking that it's overcaution on part of your physicians.  As for your neighbor from hell, file a claim against your insurance company and they can fight with his lawyers.  Does your Condo Association have an arbitration clause that at least would get you some relief from construction for some specified period of time once he stops the leaks.

Judy - ice down that hand and wrist from the re-certs.

Spent most of the day sorting photos and building tables for photographers that didn't read the submission requirements.  Argh!  Got through 225 before I started making mistakes so stopped for the day.

Tomorrow is Mah Jong with the ladies on the lake and road.  Wednesday I think I will drive to a staying on track support group meeting at the WLS center in Bangor.  I'm struggling with regain and need some additional moral support.  So easy to slip and comfort for ourselves with food rather than something else.

Well that's about it from Maine.  Will be sending you all positive thoughts.
