Friday Morning. Where Is Everybody?

Cindy......looking like a ghost town around here lately......I am just now drinking my AM protein drink.
I am leaving for Bloomington (Minneapolis) to go to my daughter's for the weekend. They will be out of town and I will be watching their dog...Bella!! It is always a good time. I love being there! I feel like I am on vacation.

Afternoon OFF family!!!! Its been so darn busy here lol gosh!!! Today I am sitting in my office and what comes wizzzing by?? Two cop cars really fast!!!! OMG now what????? I run to the laundry room to look out window see where they went and they stopped at apt 603!!! Yup right where I figured they might go...well either there or 802...LOL Not sure WHY they went there but was watching to see what was going on...phone rings...its my tenant crying...she is upset her son is threatening to kill hmself...she is at the police station...OMG!!!!!!! So that is why the police are here. I told her to CALM DOWN!!!!!!!! Help is here!!!!!!!!!! I could hear another officer in the background telling her to get off the phone...ok....she was NOT supposed to call anyone....so she calls me!!! WTH????? Anyhow she came home and police left son left walking Rick said. Guess he is going to be ok...hard telling as he is a druggie and a felon. NOT supposed to be here at all. So I called my boss to let her know what happened and she is going to put out ANOTHER letter telling this tenant that her son is no longer allowed on this property. We gave her chance after chance and she never listened. He could VISIT but LIVE here and she HAD him stay here anyhow!!!! Now this......her fault not mine. Would like to change the name of this place to PEYTON PLACE lol. Never a dull moment here at all!!! Sighs........
Today is take your dog to work so this afternoon I will take Bandit in with me as I won't be as busy. HAHA yeah right!!!
OK time for his potty walk and me back to work again.

I'm here, just super busy. This is my party prep day. I've baked Bennie's cake and put a coat of frosting on it. I will wait to decorate it until tomorrow or Sunday morning. I've put together the treat bags. We made each guest a little foam sun visor with their name and dino stickers, instead of a traditional party hat. I've wrapped some of my presents. Next I'm going to crush the cookies for the dirt cups, but I won't assemble them until Sunday morning either. Just trying to get as much done as I can before my company starts arriving this evening.
Had a really busy day yesterday, but I did want to tell y'all about my doctor's visit. He didn't think the skin cancer was back. Instead he said I had developed several keretosis (sp?) around the area where he removed the squamous cell cancer last December. So he froze those, but didn't think he needed to do another biopsy. Come back in six months. Okay.
Well, Benny is bouncing off the walls with excitement today and I did good to carve out 5 minutes to sit and read these posts. I've got to go. Love you all!

Hi Cindy and my OFF family:
Well, I'm never up early. But lately, I really have a problem getting out of bed. I'm just dragging. I actually thought I slept pretty well last night, but then I just don't want to get up.
Work was fine last night; late game (I wasn't doing sports, but helped out at the end so we could get out). Still got out late, but we did the best we could. I seem to be extra flaky lately ... forgetting things. Having lots of CRS moments. Oh well, I can chalk them up to senior moments I guess.
Back to work tonight. I am doing sports tonight; was supposed to be in charge but was asked to do sports instead because the other guy doesn't handle it well on Friday nights. No problem, I can handle it. Plus, I don't think we have that many late things tonight.
Connie, have a good time in Bloomington. Vickie, sounds like you have a lot of stuff ready for the party. Judy, you have lots of excitement going on.
Good Afternoon,
I was out the door early this morning for an appointment with my orthopedist. The foot I broke in December has been hurting me. It's not broken, praise the Lord. So the doctor thinks the pain is from the screws that were put in to hold the bone together. I need to wear the boot when it bothers me.
My son-in-law still has excruciating pain, and is still vomiting, from the kidney stones. Prayers for them to pass would be appreciated.
I'm resting the foot as much as possible the rest of the day.

We had put down 10-12 acres of hay after the big storm and had to get it bailed today before the rains come in tonight. We had planed to square bail 300 bails. The round bailer broke down last night which we needed to use to get the rest bailed last night. The service guy said at 8 he would be there at 9. So Bill and I tried to repair it will waiting. He showed at 2 and after working on it over and hour we thought he had it working and he left. I ran out to get Bill something to drink and came back to it being broken again. We called and they said he wouldn't be bac****il 4. So we were going to try getting as much square bailed as we could until the rains came. Had the wrong part so had to run back home. Good thing as the serviceman had left a message on the home phone he didn't have the cell number. He was telling Bill what to do to fix it, Bill handed me the phone. It took two calls but, I got it fixed and we managed to get all the hay round bailed. Didn't get any of the squares we needed to fed the horses but at least we didn't lose it.
I got home and was "winding down with three grandsons," two I was watching so the third wanted to join. Got them feed and bathed and to bed finally. Realized I hadn't eaten any protein. Just drank some tea and smoothy, so made some eggs and am really feeling sick from them.
Now to get back to the dealers in the am as I'm trying to buy a truck.
BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
