It's Really Thursday!

  Good Morning!  Today is Thursday and it's early here (5:15 a.m.) and I'm up and have had a protein drink already.  Hope everyone awakens refreshed and ready for a new day!

Today involves a couple of medical appointments.  One of them is for an ultrasound of my thyroid.

im going for a much needed massage! Then going to get some groceries. i already took my car to My friends house. She is babysitting it while we go up North. we r going to hang with our daughter for a bit!

Carla -- Hope you and Carl have a wonderful visit with your daughter and her hubby.  I forget -- when is your grandchild due?  Is it September?  How is your daughter feeling?  I know you all can't wait for this precious little one's arrival!!

Awe! My Grandchild is due in September towards the end! 

Stupid Ipad will only let me do One sentence at a time!!!!! My is doing great! Now we r in shower mode for the summer! One is going to bevin August and one after the baby is born. Ill be up and back all summer!!!!!

Mornin' Cindy P and Carla and all my OFF sistas!

Ouch!  I am sore today!  Three days of water aerobics in a row has kicked this ol' gal's butt! 

Like Cindy, I am up early and have a doctor's appointment today.  I'm going back to the skin doctor for my 6 month exam.  Also, one of the skin cancers he removed back in December is bothering me.  Well, not the cancer, but the spot where he removed it.  I'm anxious for him to look at it again.  Something's not quite right there.

I got my floors all swept and mopped yesterday.  Let me tell y'all, 2500 sq ft of floor is a LOT of floor to mop!!!  Took me 3 hours and I had to do it in pieces, working around Benny and such.  But I got it done. 

Butch is going to pick up the glass for the new venting sidelights today.  Hooray!  Does this mean I MIGHT have a new front door soon???  Crossing my fingers!

Today I have to go to the bank and then to the grocery store after my doctor's appointment.  But thankfully, I get to do all of that BY MYSELF with nary a toddler in tow!  Tee hee!  It's a sad commentary on one's life, when going to the grocery store by oneself is the highlight of one's day.

I'd better hop in the shower and get myself pulled together.  Love you all!

Vickie, I understand how a trip to the store can be the highlight of one's day.  I love a trip to Costco or Bed Bath & Beyond!!  (And, I don't have a toddler to take care of.)  Sometimes retail therapy is really good for the soul.  Ha Ha.  I'm not usually a shopper but do enjoy a trip to either one of those stores.

I hope your appt. to the dermatologist goes well and that the spot where you had the cancer removed is all right.

Afternoon OFF family...Quick stop in today...doing a hot dog for lunch...yippeee LOL but its a good one...;-)

Last night some excitement here...one tenant went to hospital by squad...he is back home again today...good!!! Police here for another one to check on her family member hadn't heard from her in a couple weeks...no answer at her door so called us to let them in to check see if she was ok...not home so guess she is ok...talked to her this morning told her that she might want to call her family let them know she is ok...she said she didn't have anything for this person and hung up on me...fine. This woman is looney.

Made some Baby back ribs last night yummmmmm. Leftovers today again...yummmmmmmm!!!!

OK Bandit potty walk and back to work...:-)

Judy:  You and Rick are sure kept busy around that apartment complex and you give that place your ALL that's for sure!  Hope they appreciate you guys.

I love hot dogs but don't have them much any more.  Part of the hot dog experience (for me) was the bun (sigh).

Cindy....I am drinking my protein drink and trying to make myself eat a banana. I hate eating anything in the morning. It is something new....I was never like that before. Hope your appointments go well today.

Carla....enjoy your massage....that is the best thing you can do for yourself! Have a great time....glad someone is watching your car.

Vickie....that is a lot of floor and I am glad you got it done. I am glad you are contacting your doctor about the area that is bothering you. Hope it is a quick fix!! It sounds like you are getting a good workout in the pool....wow...three days in a row!!

Judy.....that women does sound a little off....guess the family will have to try to get her to contact them. You aren't the babysitter!! Your bbq ribs wound wonderful. If I was closer I would be there for lunch...LOL!!

As for me....physical therapy and then maybe a few garage sales if I have the energy. Such an exciting life!!!
