SATURDAY ALREADY....
Hi Judy and my OFF family:
Wow, Judy, you have had quite a week! That place is a real zoo. You seem to handle things well despite all the problems. Hope you can have some relaxation this weekend. There's a big race tonight, I'm sure you'll be watching.
I have started using MyFitnessPal and watching what I eat. I know I have tried several different things (or said I was going to ... all false starts) to get back on track. Well, this seems to be a good easy way of doing it. I hate writing down everything I eat ... it was why I could never follow any diet before. But I have to do this because I can't afford new clothes and don't want to get any bigger. I see photos of myself when I was at goal and wondered what happened. I have to get back there. I looked so good and felt so much better. So far, I've been doing OK after two days ... I have really been watching my carb intake. And yesterday when I went shopping, I took my pedometer and checked my steps all day. I had 956 steps (well, might not seem like much but for me, that's a lot). I'm keeping it in my pants pocket and getting up several times during the evening at work and walking around the newsroom.
Anyway, not much else happening here. It's overcast and rain is in the forecast, so I woke up with a headache. It's gone now. I feel better. I need to get in the shower and start thinking about getting ready for work. Hope you have a good day.
