Good Monday Morning tonEveryone!!!!!

Evening OFF family...well nothing much happening here except that old pain in my neck tenant!!! Today I had enough of him and called my boss. She faxed me a letter for him and explained to him that he is breaking many of the rules and regulations of his lease and he was also given a 30 day notice to move and if he doesn't an eviction will be sent to him! There is no reason for him to be so hateful towards us at all and to run his mouth with his foul language to everyone!!! It is unbelievable what he is doing here!!! People are not happy with him and neither are we anymore. He has thrown shovels at me, tried to run me over with his car and has done the same to Rick and Jason. The names he has called us all is uncalled for also. Not sure why he is doing this and he was asked to stop and hasn't. He has been mouthing off about another tenant and her moving into the apartment next to him and then her parking where the tenant that passed away a few weeks ago. Its on going and does not stop with him at all. For a man of his age he should know better. We have done nothing wrong to him and do not deserve this at all and neither does this woman that moved into that apartment!!! So maybe its best if he does get evicted out of here! Its a shame being an old man and all but he caused it not us! My nerves are shot over this man and his hatefullness. I do not know what to do about him. I tried to talk to him and he slammed out the door. So be it.
