Good Monday Morning tonEveryone!!!!!
Boy I was on a searching frenzy this morning!!!!! I couldnt find my credit card! I used it yesterday to buy my neice avptrsant for her fourtyth birthday and forgot to put it away! Instead of putting it in my wallet, I dumped it in my purse! I forgot I did that!!!! Of course I didnt call Carl and ask him did he see my credit card!!!!!
It is still gloomy here!!!,Oh! wait Insee blue in the sky!!!! Maybe the sky got paid!!!!!!
Life is good for my friend!!! She is getting her staples out today!!!!!

Carla....glad you found your credit card.....that must have been a scary moment! What is it you bought your niece? Is that "a present"?? Looks like you were having problems typing this morning....LOL! I do that especially if I type from my phone...alway****ting the wrong keys. I am glad the Sun got paid too....SUNSHINE today...woooohooooo!!!!!!
I ended up cleaning the house yesterday. The dust was really making me cough. Did a pretty thorough job. My sister said she was going to do the vacuuming... a little at a time.....well that was a month ago. I HAD to do it!! I gave up on her...she knows the doctors told me no vacuumimg....she doesn't care. I still hope to get out for a bit today as it is such a nice day. First I need to get her meds set up etc....always something. Sorry to be whining...it helps to get it out!!
My granddaughter, Amanda's boyfriend graduates from college this Saturday. His birthday is this Thursday. I sure wish I could be there to celebrate with them. Oregon is just too far away!! Amanda has been looking for a job. She got hired at two places. One is her favorite store "The Dress Barn". Not sure that will be the best idea....LOL!! She is very thrifty so I know she will not over spend. I miss her so much!!! We talk at least every other day and text daily....it just isn't quite the same.

Oh so quiet today.
When Tom went to run errands I tagged along in my jammies. First stop was to get gas. He hopped out then got right back in the car. He forgot his wallet and for the first time in history I left my purse home. Only money was the parking quarters I keep in the ash tray.
Rats!! I was going to ask for take home Chinese for lunch.
All sorts of plants and trees have blossomed . I haven't gone any place in over a week so the sights were fresh and new.

Sorry I was AWOL yesterday. I was hardly on the computer at all. It was so nice out this past weekend. It still is today.
Today, I had an early appointment with the nurse at my hematologist's office. I was off Coumadin for five or six days in order to get a shot in my back. I had to get my INR checked, and get instructions on my dosages. Then, I had to go to a pharmacy, and the imaging office, all in the same building, to schedule an appointment. After that, I went and did some laundry, and then shopping. I bought some capris and tops, as well as a couple of groceries.
Now that I'm home, I have chores to take care of, and tidying in my room. I can't seem to get that finished.

I know my typng can be somewhat annoying!!!! It is that Ipad!!!!! Now Im on my Dell and that isnt any better!!!!! I hate this computer.....I think Im going to look for a used Apple and give this stupid thing to my daughter!!!!! She will love it. This sthing downloads things I dont want!!!!!

Hi Carla and my OFF family:
Feeling crappy this afternoon. Should stay home but will go into work. Woke up at 9:30 and felt OK, but as soon as I sat up, my head started to hurt. I was supposed to have a dental cleaning, but there was a message on my phone saying the hygienist was at home with a sick child and asking me to reschedule. Which was good. Took an Imitrex and went back to bed. Didn't help ... was still sick. Headache is kind of waning and I'm not queasy, so I'll go into work, but I called in and said I might be a little late. Just not moving very fast today.
Fortunately, today is my Friday and I have two days off. I know it's the weather that's doing this to me. I haven't felt well for the past few days ... we have been stuck in rainy weather since Friday. I hope this will be the end of it.
Have a good day. I'll get in the shower soon. I need to go pay my water bill before I go to work.

Carla - I hate it when you use a card and don't put it back where you always keep it, it seems to just creae a crisis every time!
Connie - I wish I had the motivation to clean, bought a new duster with extension to clean the ceiling fans but I have so much paper work to do right now cleaning is on he back burner.
Annette - well at least you didn't have a wreck in your jammies! lol
Trish - I don't have the gumption to shop right now. I got a couple things at a yard sale over the weekend to put in my skinny box for after surgery, trying to think ahead.
Eileen - I think I have a case of the "crappies" too. Ran this morning for an hour and accomplished absolutely nothing! Then I came home and worked for a bit, went to lnch with my hubby and have been sitting at the computer ever since writing reports for someone else. It is raining and that just makes me feel crappier, well if it isn't a word it should be, right? Take Care, hope you feel better.

Hello OFF friends. Late in the day but I can still wish all of you a great end of the day where ever you are! I am in MOntague again staying with grumpy stepdad and he is enjoying having a car and driver at his whim! He doesnt drive any more.

My side by side fridge/freezer is dying, ice cubes have stopped yet again, noise level has dropped off as whatever has stopped working, and cooling in freezer and fridge sections are noticeably less...it is 16 years old and has been serviced several times, I'm done with it.....so had plumber come in and shut off waterline and disconnect early this afternoon, and expected to have a new one delivered tomorrow from popular appliance store in town as was ordering before 4 pm today in-store. Aargh!
First off , no black appliances in-store or warehouse. Also limited by size of opening and space before fridge in my narrow galley kitchen....has to be side by side doors...those models are not popular anymore so on special order, and not expected to be delivered until 10 days up to 4 weeks...wowza. I hope my less than optimal cooling fridge and freezer hang in there......checking with other stores showed my colour, size, and side by side are difficult and no one has anything in stock.
Not ready to dear down cupboards to accommodate wider or higher fridge, so wait I will have to!
So frustrated.......existing appliances are all shiny black so not about to introduce stainless steel just to get a fridge delivered tomorrow.
Wish me luck with my gimpey refrigerator, hope it keeps cooling until replacement arrives.
May tomorrow be a better day than today for everyone!

Bringing up the rear today. Carla, you're our early bird this week!
Had a long day of errands, etc., but it was okay. Went with Butch to the doctor this morning (I don't know why I have to go with him; he doesn't go with ME!) and he has to have a CT scan done Wednesday morning. His left lung isn't inflating properly. Might be a hernia or something pressing against it. He also had a bunch of blood work done this morning. Then we went downtown to a little coffee shop which was nice and we hadn't been there before.
We also went and toured the YMCA. Holy cow, was it ever nice! We joined immediately. Going for our first time tomorrow morning. I can't wait. Besides all the machines, they have yoga, pilates, zumba, and water aerobics! I LOVE water aerobics! We got the family membership so that Christie and Benny can go too. Plus, they have free babysitting. Whoop!
Anyway, it was a fairly busy day for us and we're glad to be home. I did get Morgan's cap mailed off today, and I did take a picture of it with my phone. I'll see if I can figure out how to post it here. If not, it will be on FB. I also got my mom's Mother's Day gift mailed.
Tonight we are having a really simple supper of BLT sandwiches and tomato soup. I just don't feel much like cooking tonight. I'se pooped!
