So sorry you are in so much pain too! This weather bouncing around has been horrible for so many of us. I can't even imagine working in pain like that.
How much is your deductible? It must be really high!
I don't want to be a nag again... but...you need to find someone to budget your money. I know you needed to see your family but sweetie....the water bill needs to be paid too. You can't just put things like that off. You need to make changes soon. Just my opinion.....sorry. You just always seem to have money problems. You know I think the world of you and am just so worried about you. 
I get rash too....I bathe and put cornstarch on and I don't have rashes anymore. Cornstarch is cheaper too! My doctor suggested this years ago.

Deductible is high ... wasn't expecting to have to pay the Cymbalta deductible twice. I called my doc to see if he could prescribe something cheaper or get me some samples. I couldn't believe that the rash powder was $83 ... I had gotten it before for $10 or $15. Geez, it is so much more expensive on this drug plan until you hit the deductible and then everything is free. Can't wait to get there.
I will find a way to pay the water bill. I had ordered something and called to cancel it. Some protein bars, but I will do without. I had planned on paying the water bill this paycheck but not the deposit they now want. And as for seeing my family, not going in until the end of the month. And other than gas, it isn't costing me much else.
Feel free to nag. I have problems, I'm paying my bills, just on the red notice system. Sometimes it gets ahead of me, though.
Gosh where did this day go???? Glad its over with but wow!!!!!!! Time flew fast today!!!!!! Got a new tenant all moved in and then wham!!!!!!!! Time just went fast as it could I guess!!!! LOL
Boy we had some REAL excitement here last night!!! OMG!!!!!! Cops were chasing a guy that shot his girlfriend 4 times and they ended up right next to our complex and he jumped out of his car and ran right through our area and past it and ended up down the street and they caught up with him and ended up tazing him and no shots fired and cops all safe!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!! His girlfriend is in critical condition last I heard...Holy cow!!!!!!!! Never thought we would have excitement like this in our area!!!! And it all started at the VFW I guess!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!! I have it all postd on my page on FB if you want to see it there if you are one of my friends on FB...if you are not...look me up and ask to be one of my friends and you can see it. Its all from the police and news here. Even the 911 call is there to listen to.
So other than that not much else happening here. Just one tenant that hates me to the fullest extent and trying his best to hurt me...yesterday he threw a shovel at me...today he tried to run me over with his car...he will deny it ofcourse. I will get my chance to talk to him soon enough trust me...one more time he does this and I call the police on him. Already talked to my boss and she is ready to send eviction papers to him. He is one mean old man set in his ways and nobody knows why he is so mean and ugly towards me right now.
OK time for supper.
