It's Saturday All Day Today!

Good morning.  It's early and the dog and I are up.  He's bugging me to sit in my lap.  Always wants to do that when I'm on the computer in the living room in front of the TV.  When I'm in our little office on the computer, he bites the edge of the keyboard tray to get my attention. He's a 40 lb labradoodle and not really lapdog size but he wants to be one.  Ha  Ha

Not much on the agenda for today.  Tomorrow will be a busy day, though.  My husband's mother is 93 and lives here in town in an assisted living facility.  We'll start the morning tomorrow visiting with her.  After that, we'll pick up a friend's little dog so our dog and hers can have a play date.  Hope the showers hold off while they play otherwise we'll have a muddy mess.

Morning Cindy...lol yup we have 2 posts today...lol its chilly here and so far the sun IS out!!! Hope it STAYS out!!! Might hit 60's?? I sure hope so!!! I can't take much more of this cold weather!!

 Hello everyone!

How is everyone doing? I had a great time in Oregon with my sister Janice. We left at 10 yesterday morning and 2 hours later we blew a fuel pump. It took 3 hours to fix that and we didn't get home until 11:00 last night. I feel so bad for Steve he had to get up this morning and drive to Reno (3-4 hr drive) for business. Anyway I thought of you all often, hope all is well.

Debbie, whereabouts in Oregon does your sister live?  We are on the Central Oregon Coast.  Prior to living here, we lived in Corvallis.  We've been in Oregon since 1996.

Morning Girls! well I guess it is afternoon where I am, oh well!  lol

Cindy I know teh issues with a lap dog that really isn't!  We have an Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix 55 lbs. and she thinks she is a lap dog.  She runs at you when you come in to pick her up, she throws her paws around your neck and proceeds to give you ample hugs and kisses! My dog is not spoiled in the least as you can well imagine.  lol

 

We have already been to the local Union Mission Thrift store this morning where we found a cardio glide machine in really good shape for $20 so we got it to have something here to use when the weather is bad.  My goal is to get a good treadmill at some point but I have to clean out a place for it first.

Today is our regular Dungeons and Dragons play date with a group we play with every other saturday. It's fun but we end up playing for 4-5 hours at a time... I have to get up and walk around a lot while we are playing I can't sit still that long!  It's almost time to go so I guss I need to get my dice bag and character sheets (I am a Cleric named Pandora...my last character got captured, so sad, her name was Pixie Phartt, I know...might as well make it fun I say!)

Wasn't familiar with Vera Bradley, so googled, after her name added handbags, and when page came up with hits, clicked upper left on IMAGES and was amazed at all the lovely cloth bags which came up, of course I realize have seen people with them, and some of those in stores as well, just never knew.....and yes, no wonder you were asked if you had a VB bag...., I checked your pic and yours look just like VB.

I love Vera Bradley! I went to their big warehouse sale in Ft Wayne Indiana a few weeks ago and had a hay day in there! 

I have about ten pieces of Vera Bradley!
