Morning OFF family...wow what a change in the weather from a couple days ago!!! BRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We went from 80* to 34* yeah I can say BRRRRRR!!!!!!!!! Talked to my sister last night and she said saginaw is under water!!! OMG said it was just about like it was when we had the flood in '86!!! Yeah its that bad!!! My son posted a picture on FB of it and I shared it so if you are one of my friends you can see it. Not sure who pissed Mother Nature off but they need to apologize!!!

Happy news is they got the other guy that did the bombing!!!! Now to see if he lives and will talk!!!!!!!

Not sure what we are doing today. I have an appointment at 3 to show an apartment. Hopefully she will show up. Usually when they make appointments on weekends or after hours they are no shows. But some DO show up. So have to be here just incase. Tomorrow we might take a ride to Tallmadge to Summit Racing store to see about some side step bars for Ricks truck. He has been drooling for some ever since he got the truck. He works hard and has been saving for them so why not? I think they are stupd but its a guy thing I guess.

Monday we get our new tractor delivered!! YIPPEEE!!!!!!! Rick is very excited over that!!! Then we can get the old tractor put in for repairs...good!!! Waiting for the check to come for the other new things we can get yet and that should be here next week also sometime. I love shopping when its not my money!!! :-)

Well best find some breakfast...get somethings done around here also.

Another beautiful sunny day in the Hill Country, although a *****illy this morning.  Should warm up quickly though.  Think I'll spend today outside, even though my house is a wreck.  LOL!  At least my floors are relatively clean, thanks to Roomba.  The rest of it--not so much.

I had a great time putting in my new flower bed yesterday.  Makes me smile everytime I walk out the back door.  But it made Butch jealous!  Tee hee!  I'm the flower gardener.  He's the vegetable gardener.  So guess what we're doing today?  Building his new raised bed for his vegetable garden.  Oh well, it keeps us out of trouble, right?

We're thinking about putting the boat in the lake tomorrow for the first time.  Have to see how warm it gets and also what the wind does.  Chris will be off and she and Benny can come with us.  Too cold in the water yet for swimming, but it would be nice to take a boat ride around the lake if the weather's right.

I ought to be sewing today, but just not in the right mood for it.  Woke up with a headache and TOM arrived.  Again.  Hopefully it will be brief like the last two times.  And hopefully my obsession with sweets will end.

Hope everyone has a fun-filled WARM Saturday.  For those of you up north, I hope old man Winter retreats soon!

Surgery went well.  Came home Wednesday. Feeling pretty good...better than I thought . Had some fantastic nurses that made my stay in the hospital wonderful.  Thanks Joint Club staff!!! Hugs and prayers to all, Sandra

Hi Judy and my OFF family:

Got colder here last night too. But it's warming up again ... up to 50. Last night my refrigerator light was out. Didn't think anything of it. This morning my ice cubes were still not frozen, so I fooled around with the circuit breakers until I found one that worked and the fridge turned back on. Everything seems fine. A little annoying, though. 

Work was busy last night, what with the chase for the Boston bomber. It was after 10 p.m. when I finally got a story on that. Got a little hectic at the end. I got up too early this morning and I'm still tired. Maybe I'll try to get a nap in before work. 

Not much else happening. Have a good day.

Hi all just checking in to see how everyone is doing.  Big snow over most of lower Michigan but, is suppose to not make it as far east as us.  To think it was 70 just a couple days ago.

I have been consternating on the WLS journey. Just a review, Band out 9/4/12 regained ~30 pounds with the 3 week cruise and coming home to Christmas and New Year.  Went on the pre-op diet 1/7 and lost 12 or it.  Since surgery three months ago, 1/22,  I was able to get the other 18 off plus 10 more.  This sleeve works so much better than that band did.  I am about 15 pounds below the 60% EWL goal I was given with the band.

I have been busy, busy.  Many, many doctor/therapist appointment.  I have had the grands and trying to see the sister that had more foot surgery (she had a DS and it has cost her).  Have been getting ready and attending goat shows and scrape book weekends.

I have been spending most of my time here learning about my new WLS and trying to help those having trouble with the old WLS and those looking for info the band.
