Dull rainy barely above freezing day in Ottawa, Canada.....
Went to my accountant today with all my tax papers, see him next Saturday for final sign-off as due May 1st ......promised myself a lobster supper when done as I was never meant to be a bookkeeper, and bringing friend/colleague who also uses him, so after our final tax encounter we are treating ourselves to our fancy dinner. For those not aware, lobster season in eastern Canada started early April, and they are really cheap.

Hi Connie...I too hope Taxes go well as am on quarterly payments (over here they are afraid you might die and Government wants its money quarterly every 3 months if you are 65 years instead of once a year or at death) . Plus at tax time they get extra out of you or owe you. At my age it always seems "extra"....i use an accountant who teaches at the local university (less chance of being audited I'm told), so keep hoping for a refund on taxes paid.
