Good morning. I just typed a long post telling you all about my plans for the day and when I pressed the SUBMIT button, it went away. Grrrr. Wonder what's going on with the OH site. Seems like they're having problems with this happening to lots of folks.

Yes! Spring is finally arriving in Owosso Michigan! It was a georgous day yesterday Sunny and nearly 60! I'll take it! I got all the winter picked up in the yard and even opened up the motor home!
heading out to go sit in the car fix it shop for a couple hrs as we need a cv joint replaced before it causes an accident.
Have bright spring day everyone if only in your heart!!

I have borrowed Carrie's laptop to check in this morning. Not much to tell. Took Carrie to her doctor's appointment yesterday and she got that damn drain out finally! Oh, it hurt her to have it removed, but she feels so much better now.
Mom and I are up early and we're getting ready for our trip to Nacogdoches. I haven't told her yet that I am not spending the night with her. Sometimes she's funny about things and I don't want to hurt her feelings. But I do have a couple of business things to take care of at the courthouse and tax office while I'm in Nac, so I'll do those, and then drive back here to Waco late this afternoon.
Talked to Butch yesterday and he fell! Oh no! Out in the backyard. He said he managed to twist so that he didn't land on his "new" knee, but he banged himself up some. My poor baby. There was no one around to help him either. Chris was there but taking a nap. I need to be home and I need to be here with Carrie and I need to take Mom back to Nac, and I guess I need to figure out a way to clone myself!
As for me, I think I am getting sick again. Woke up with a sore throat yesterday and today. I don't know. Maybe it's just allergies, but my voice has dropped about 3 octaves this morning. Could just be springtime in Texas or it could be another cold. I really don't have time to be sick right now. Too many other people in my family are under the weather. I can't be sick, too.
Well, I need to run. Mom and I want to get out of here early. It's a 3 hour drive to Nacogdoches from Waco. I think my car needs servicing, too, from making all these long trips this past 2 weeks. I need to remember to check that.

Vickie, I'm exhausted just reading your post. Please try and slow down. Sounds like you need to take care of yourself. Remember to do only what you have to and the other stuff can wait.
Love my new sewing machine, but my skills suck!!! I need lots of practice. I've been talking all my old t-shirts and making them smaller. Out of four I can wear one!!! LOL!!! Luckily I have lots of large t-shirts.

Good Morning OFF Ladies!
I believe allergy season is in full swing in WV. My voice sounds like a frog and I feel like poop in general. Hopefully the zpack will help and not let it go into bronchitis.
Looks like everyone has a busy day planned. I was hired to do a calligraphy piece that I have to get started on today. It is needed before May 4th and they will haveto get it to a framer so I had better get my butt in gear. It's a biggie too 502 words...
Looks like I will be working some next week as well, going out and doing achievement testing for special education in the county. I really do love to work one on one with the kids. Still fitting my one child in to tutor 4 hours a week. I didn't think retirement would be sooooo busy!
We meet with the dietitian wednesday morning for the first time. I hope we are on the right track!

Cindy....I have been losing post too...it is getting very frustrating. I hope they get things straightened out too. Strange things are going on!!!
Vickie...hold on sweetie...only a few more days and you will be home again!! I am glad Carrie got that drain out. They do hurt coming out but it feels so much better when it is gone! Sorry Butch fell. I am glad it wasn't on his new knee! I wish we could clone you too...I would have one of you here with me!! Allergies are bad now...it is supposed to be worse this year then last year. Hope you feel better soon!!
Debbie...you made me laugh over the t-shirt comments. Glad you have lots more to practice on!!!!
Jo....lucky you...wish we had springtime!! It is 29 degrees here again today. Most of the snow has melted but brrrrrr it is cold! Possible snow on Saturday...UGH!! I did have my bedroom window open yesterday for a couple hours. I just wanted to get rid of the stale winter air!!
Karen....sorry you are feeling so sick. I hope the z-pack helps!
As for me...Tony (ex) wants to go out for a couple hours this evening. I guess I will give it a shot. He said he needs me to make him laugh!! He claims I am the person he has the most laughs with....poor baby!! He is right though....we do laugh a lot when we are together. Nothing else planned for today. I ran errands yesterday and got the things we needed. Tomorrow I get my taxes done....that will take about 10 minutes...LOL.

I've been busy tidying, and shopping today. Made stops at Joanns, the grocery store and the bank. I have to pay some bills and finish tidying. Plus, my Phillies are opening at home in half an hour. Plus, when I stopped at the grocery store, I forgot to buy milk to make yogurt. I haven't made my homemade yogurt since December, before I broke my foot and moved.
I hope everyone is having a great day. Spring is here. Yesterday went into the high 50;s, and I can finally go out without my long, down coat. I'm hoping I don't need it again till November.

Back in the land of the living. Had the hysterectomy Wednesday. Bladder didn't cooperate and hemoglobin dropped. Had to spend extra night in the hospital. Home now and glad to be back in my own bed. All pathology benign so nothing to worry about other than healing
Hope Vickie that you made it back Waco and that it's just allergies.
Back to bed for me. Sleep to heal.
