Trish.....I am so glad you got a Cortizone shot and it helped with the pain!! Sorry Isabel is sick. It is great that Isabel won on her derby car in her category.

I had another great nights sleep. Enjoying my time with Lucas and Kyleigh!! Lucas will be leaving about 3:00 or 3:30 today. I will miss him!! I feel wonderful...I can't believe it!!! I still have to take pain meds but I have energy and I am having fun!!!

Good to see you again, Cindy. It's been awhile. I too am battling the carb demon. I do better when there's no sugar in the office. I don't buy any so I only have some if there's stuff in the office. 

I had a good night's sleep last night and am off for two days now. Last night dragged ... we had a very tight paper with a lot of ads and not much space, so there wasn't much to do. I was bored. 

Not much on my plate today ... just hanging around the house, doing laundry, watching basketball. I'm still tired from six days of work. So I'm going to be lazy.

Well, have a good day. Vickie, hope Carrie will be OK.

Hello everyone.  It seems like forever since I have posted.  Still having major problems with keeping liquids and soft foods down and with working I come home with no energy and just exhausted.  Today is 4 weeks postop.  The doctor said to give it to 5 weeks postop and then if still the problems we would do an upper GI.  I go back on Tuesday.  I hope everyone is doing great!!  I will try my best to do better at posting.  I have to get the energy up so I can really start walking.  Weight is still coming off but I haven't weighed as I am waiting until I go back to the doctor's office.
