It is Sunday...what's new?

I can't believe no one has started the thread yet.
It is snowing here today. Just what we need. I thought it was Spring!!
Not much happening here. I need to do a little laundry later. I want to get things ready to go to my daughter's on Tuesday. I can't tell you how excited I am to be leaving for a few days!!!! I feel like a prisoner being sprung!!

Connie I hope this is the last week for snow for u guys. Cause when I go to Chicago on Friday I dont want to deal with it!
I think our daughter is going to bid on a condo in Skokie Iliinois today! Im excited for her! Its 1300 sq feet. Not sure of the bedroom size but mama will have her space!

Good morning Connie and Carla and my OFF sistas!
Just a brief hello from me today. I'm leaving here in few minutes to drive back to Nacogdoches to get my mom. We'll spend the night at her place, and then drive back here to Hilltop tomorrow. Chris is off today, and doesn't go into wor****il 5 o'clock tomorrow evening, so Butch won't be alone. He is getting around really well, though, inside the house. I'm not worried about leaving him for 24 hours.
Anyway, Mom will be here with us for a couple of weeks. Looking forward to her visit. Haven't seen her since Christmas. Praying that Judy's mom is doing okay and that we hear from her soon.

Good Morning girls!
Been a hectic few days here. The weather is COLD and not goingto warm until this time next week, burrrr! Looks like everyone is traveling in the near future. Safe travel to you all!
Hubby and I both have an appointment with the cardiologist in the morning for EKG's and hopefully get clearance without another stress test. Keeping my fingers crossed on that one. We should have our blood work back mid week and don't see the dietitician until April 9th although we have already been keeping food logs and watching out intake. I know it will be here before we know it!
Yesterday we went to the mall! Yikes I'm not a fan of the mall but I was looking for a good pair of walking shoes. More options there. So, we get there early and walk the length of the mall upstairs and get to the shoe store. God love him, hubby picks out this pair of shoes that I swear look like a neon rainbow threw up on them! LOL Ironically they fit and felt great on so we ended up getting them. As we were checking out he spotted a package of little socks with several pairs in the colors that went with the shoes! Not only will I be seen in the dark but I will be color coordinated to boot! If I could post a picture of them I would. Slept through the alarm this morning for church, but I think we are going to get ready and head out for a little bit. Luckily our church has a live streaming online of the service so we can watch it this afternoon. Ladies, take care and I'll check in tomorrow after the cardiologist. Karen
Good Morning OFF friends
Its a cold day in MIchigan! I am gonna get out the Christmas tree to decorate!! Steve and I went out for breakfast I still enjoy being with him after 32 years! I think we are going to a move too I have free movie passes from a Christmas present so might use them. Its sure too cold to work on the motorhome and go camping!!!!
