Thursday Morning Hello

Guess, I am bringing up the rear today.  I have read all the post and prayers to all who need them.  Hope Judy's mom is okay. 

I walked this morning with friends.  Then we went to a senior lunch at church.  I did okay with the food there.  When we got home Robert and the cat got on my last nerve.  I went to the store for a protein bar and on the Goodwill.  I just had to get away from them.  Love them both, but...

My weight is back down after the pizza.  I guess it was the salt, as someone here, told me. 

Guess, I will get my book and head to the bedroom.
