Morning, Tuesday

Went to work this morning in whiteout conditions, decided to bring my straw broom with me to clean off snow at end of day. Fellow building resident pointed to my broom in the elevator and asked me if I was travelling far.....i answered that it was my alternate form of transportation if my car didn't start.....he shut up!!

That is hilarious!  LOL

Jennifer...you made me laugh out loud....good line for that guy!!!!

We were supposed to get that storm but so far it has missed us. I am going the happy dance!!

Well ladies, I'm bringing up the rear as usual.  Been a busy couple of days.  Had jury duty today and again tomorrow.  Hubby texted that we have EKG's first thing monday morning, wasnt expecting that so soon.  I guess we will do our blood work friday morning and that will be all the tests done.  Noow it's just waiting out the 3 months supervised weight loss for the insurance.  See the dietician April 10th and the psychologist early june.  This is moving rather quickly!

Need to get things ready for tomorrow and the rest of my week.  Good night!

Post Script:  Hi all!  Just wanted to tell that we have a tentative surgery date of May 14th set for my daughter in Tijuana with Dr. Ortiz.  Karen, talk about moving fast!  Carrie has to get a passport, too, so I put her to work on that one today.  We will be gone for 5 days, but I will be with her and then she can come home with me to Hilltop to continue her recovery if needed.  She is having a gastric sleeve/vertical sleeve.  I think I am more excited for her than I was for myself.  I'll keep you all posted on our progress over the next several weeks, but I just had to share tonight!
