Thursday Morning Hello

Good Morning Everyone,

I hardly slept last night.  I had to cut one of my bedtime psych meds in half, because one of the side effects became bothersome.  It is my mood stabilizer, and it caused a Parkinsonian muscle tremor.  My head keeps bobbing involuntarily.  My psychiatrist encouraged me to cut back, assuring me that I'd be okay with the dose cut in half.

Today, I'm babysitting the boys first thing, so Colleen can go to Isabel's school for some volunteer work.  Then, I'll head into town for an AA meeting.  Afterward, I'll come home and try to unpack a box or two.

Must scoot.

Just checking in to say hello.  Trisha, hope a nap is in your schedule later today.  Hope you adjust to the new cut back on the medicine.

Not sure what I have on my plate for today.  I walked this morning with friend.  Maybe Silver Sneakers but not sure about that.  I have a problem with some insurance that I have got to deal with.

Ruby soon as this cold weather leaves here I plan on walking more around the complex!! Right now its to cold for me to get out there long. Once I get cold it takes me waaaay to long to get warm again!!!

Judy...I made it...was glad I went. It was a very nice service. His daughter did a great job getting everything set up.

Now I am in extreme pain and my throat is so sore. I took cold meds and Vicodin and Flexeral...I hope they kick in soon!!

Today the electrician FINALLY showed up and got the parking lot lghts working again!!!! Sighs. Now the tenants can rest easy.

Tomorrow I get to leave here and go shopping for much needed supplies that we need big time!!!!!!! Also its pay day and its banking day as well. LOL

Making boiled dinner tonight and its finally starting to smell good!!! Hope it tastes as good as it smells!!! :-)
