Glad your tests came back well ... I agree with Annette, get a home health aide in there. You should be able to get your doctor to get it paid through Medicare.
Talked with my brother last night ... his job is a one-week trial as an inside sales person with Bath Fitters, but they're already talking about getting him a key, so I think they're keeping him. The other guy worked two weeks and was sent for training in Tennessee and never showed up. Typical irresponsible young person ... sorry, but so many people I know don't have a work ethic because their parents did everything for them. They have no idea of what it is to hold down a job.
Got my Easter stuff out, or at least some of it. It's nice to have pretty stuff out.
My friend Mary Kay is having her WLS today ... she should be out of surgery already. I'm thrilled for her ... I will have to call her later tonight. Clear off a spot on the bench for her. She had to do a six-month diet before getting approved for surgery. She lost 50 pounds and at one point thought she would just continue on that diet and not have the surgery. I didn't sway her one way or the other. She made up her own mind. I'm proud of her progress and decision. (Considering she tried to talk me out of my surgery nine years ago.)
Anyway, not much else going on ... I'm supposed to take my boss to Walmart today ... he doesn't have a car and has been taking a cab, which costs $35. I told him I would take him whenever he needs to go.

I have tried to get help here. She makes too much money. She would have to pay for help. She won't do that. That is my job! The list seems to be getting longer all the time. I qualify for cleaning, laundry, cooking, and running errands, Just not while I am living here. I did have help when I lived alone. My doctors don't want me doing all this and she knows they don't. That doesn't matter to her! I will be leaving soon!! My daughter is mad and will be sure I get moved!
Glad things are going well for Gary!!
I did say a prayer for Mary Kay today. I hope all went well for her.

Evening OFF family....seeing as its late my brain is now off...LOL hard telling what will come out here now...got my brace on my wrist and its killing me today...hopefully I will get more medicaid so I can call the dr back for help or medication?
Getting snow here now...had some rain trying to snow off and on all day today. Yesterday LOTS of rain!!!
Today one of the tenants made sloppy joes for his lunch and brought me one to try...it had cocoa in it!! HUH?????? Yeah...tasted pretty good!!! Guess I will make some for us sometime. Has a kick to it also.
Tomorrow is pay day...finally!!!!!! Need money in the bank account for sure!! Scares me when it starts to get below a certain point ya know? And me getting this car that I did not need....OMG!!!!!!!! Still not sure why I did that one!!!!!!!!
Well time to go find food for supper my guy is hungry....lol

Post Script: Well, I have survived the day. Today was tough, but not as bad as yesterday. Spent most of my day in bed, even with those flooring guys here. They started in the living room and didn't come near the bedroom wing, so that was good for me. Benny was in school most of the day, and then Chris took him into town for the afternoon/evening. They are on their way home now. Don't know how this evening will go. We have several sections of the house blocked off from the puppies and from Benny. The worst part is he won't be able to watch his movies on TV. Fun, fun. And I don't know how we are going to manage tomorrow with a toddler all day. Lord, give me strength!
Butch and I both had soup and crackers for dinner. He feels pretty lousy, too, but yes, Eileen, he's stubborn. Hopefully we will wake up feeling better tomorrow. I appreciate all the kind well wishes and prayers. I can feel the positive vibes!
