Doctor appointmemnt...

I went to my appointment with my pulmonary doctor. He is concerned about me and how weak I am. He said I still have some pneumonia. He feels there is something else going on as well. He took 6 vials of blood. He is checking for various other things. I also have to go in for a cat scan on Monday morning. He wants to get a better look at that area of my lung. I will see him again on Tuesday unless he feels he needs to see me sooner. He wants me to stay away from people so more living in my room!! That just plan SUCKS!!

I appreciate all of your concern, prayers, and good wishes that were posted on Judy's thread. You are all just so wonderful!!

This is nurse Ratchet here...not sure I spelled that right...the nurse from one flew over the coo coo's nest  see I can'r even spell that right!!! any how jack nickleson was in it...lol gary and my sister both said that was who i was when i took care of them...lmao mean as hell...omg lol

Anyhow you take care of YOU so you get better!!!

LOL Connie..they HATED me being their nurse...LMAOOOOOOOO I made them do what they were supposed to do and they hated it!!! Said I was nurse Ratchet!!! ROFL

I'm glad to hear you're following doctor's orders.  When I had pneumonia, I got a nebulizer and did breathing treatments four times a day.  That helped me immensely.

Hello Trish....thanks!! I own my own nebulizer as I often need it for my COPD and asthma. I did use it every 4 hours. Now my pulmonary doctor said just twice a day as needed. It really does help.

Stay inside and relax ... there's an "I Love Lucy" marathon on the Hallmark channel (if you have that) and the Oscars are on tomorrow. So cuddle up in your room and don't go anywhere. I hope the catscan doesn't show anything nasty. 

You can still "see" people on Facebook. It's one way to connect at least and not get germy.

EILEEN......I don't get Hallmark in my room. My sister gets it in the living room. I don't go there!!

I too am praying it is nothing more the scar tissue as it is never the plural thickening of my lung. The scar can also be because of the long run of pneumonia I have. I am trying to stay positive.

I am so grateful for the computer, Facebook, telephone, and texting. I would be insane by now if not for that!!

I am relaxing. I made a roast in the Crock Pot with onions, carrots and cabbage yesterday. I will enjoy having that at least yet today!!
