Good Morning Ladies,
I am so disappointed. We were supposed to get some snow this morning and we got nothing. I leave future weather to The Lord. I don't have control over it, so I have to leave it in His hands.

Today, I must get my INR checked. I'm also expecting a check in today's mail. So, I'll wait for the mail before I go to the lab. My former landlady told me my security deposit check was put in the mail the end of last week.

Morning Trish and all to come!

Have a doctors appointment today and one on Wed. Wednesday appt. is my first blood work visit since the rny. Hope it all goes well.

Michael went back to Sac  State last night...I already miss him. Steve is getting ready to head out for the week.

Your almost 6 mo out!  How have you done so far?

I'm doing good. Thank you for asking. I've lost 61 lbs, I'm at a stand still right now, but hopefully that will change. I'm down from a 3X to a large and large pants are starting to get baggy so I'm going to a medium shortly. When shopping I still go to the Women's by habit and then I smile and realize I can go to the Misses dept. Little things, I can cross my legs, curl them up underneath me when sitting. Don't have to put a pillow on my lap when sitting. Sorry, I'm on a roll. Thanks again for asking!

Afternoon OFF family...

WOW last night we had some icy conditions and the rain to get it all out of here before we opened up!!! WOOOHOOO!!!!! Now it looks like it will rain again soon...its 44* but it sure feels much colder!! So damp!!! BRRRRR!!!

Had a call this morning to show an apartment at 2. Told Rick I got some vibes I didn't care for and want him to be with me. OK. Might be nothing at all and best be safe than sorry right? Did the walk through on the tenant's apartment that passed away earlier this month. OMG I can't believe how bad her apartment needs painting!!! I told Rick to forget using the primer on the one he bought it for as this one needs it much worse!!! Going over there soon as I get off here to show it to him.

Found out another tenant that has cancer in his lungs its stage 3 and nothing more can be done for him. So its a matter of time. Losing alot of our "old" tenants it seems. That sucks!!

Well Rick is getting his shoes back on so best get going here.

Good morning Trish and everyone....

I  slept in this morning and it felt great! I am feeling a bit stronger today.  I see my Psychiatrist today at 2:00. Then I need to stop in at the grocery store and pick up some Vitamin Water. I really like it and am about out. I have it as a treat because all I drink is plain water now.

I need to go and get my Chili fixin's in the crock pot. I packaged up  my soup last night that I cooked all day. I love vegetable soup!! I put turkey in it as added protein. I am really working on getting my freezer stocked back up with good meals. I stocked up on chicken, turkey, pork, seafood and fish. Oh yeah, and one steak. I hardly ever eat beef but every now and then I like a good steak.

I hope you all have a wonderful day!! Prayers for many in need...some special ones as well.

I am thankful to Nancy B. for the encouraging post she put on here today. I definitely needed that reminder!!!

Hi Trish and my OFF family:

It's 56 degrees and gloomy here ... probably more rain on the way. Slept til nearly noon. But then I didn't really get to sleep til about 4 a.m. Just had problems sleeping. 

HR person came in last night and interviewed me about "the incident" with the belligerent coworker who was suspended. Since I wasn't quite sure about what "the incident" was, I could only tell about other incidents that have happened with the coworker ... how threatening he can be and unfriendly. After work, my boss told me what "the incident" actually was, and then I remembered ... but didn't know all the details of after. Guess there were some other snarky emails to the boss, too, telling him he was incompetent. 

Well, not much else going on here. Connie, glad you are feeling better. Judy, hope the apartment seeker is OK. Trish, hope you get your check. Spacing out and can't remember who else posted. Hope all have a good day and stay warm and dry.

 

I know how you feel I slept 1 to 3 and woke up with heartburn.  Got up and fussed around.  Slept again 8 to noon.  Than had to rush to get all the Monday calls made.

Hello all!

I'm having a pretty quiet day with a sick little boy again.  Benny just does not feel well.  Don't know what it could be.  He's been on that high powered antibiotic for a week now.  But he runs a low grade fever off and on and he's very clingy today. Just wants to be held and cuddled today.

My husband wrote me and told me that he packed up all the stuff in his locker and sent it on a boat into the office in town.  Says he will ship it home from there.  My mouth just about fell open.  Could he really mean it this time?  He's going to retire???  I'm afraid to breathe for fear he'll change his mind again.  LOL!

Christie is on her way home.  She told her boss her baby was sick and they let her off a few hours early today.  Thank goodness.  Maybe I can get a shower when she gets here.  I need to go to the store, too.  Don't know if I'm going today or not.  I feel like I haven't done a thing all day, but that's how it is when babies are sick.  You just have to stop and care for them.

Trish, why were you disappointed?  Because it didn't snow?  I thought that was a good thing.  Judy, you be careful!  If you're getting a funny vibe, then you take precautions.  Debbie, does your husband travel every week?  Connie, I'm glad to hear that you're beginning to regain your strength.  Eileen, you surely do have some interesting co-workers.  Can't believe anyone would be stupid enough to send snarky emails to the boss!  What an idiot!  If I missed someone, I'm sorry.  My brain has been cartooned out this morning!

I thought I was getting stronger...UGH. I took a shower and didn't even have the strength to wash my hair. I couldn't get my arms up that high. I  did throw my chili together in the crock pot. I had everything ready so it was just mixing it together. That wore me out. Broke out in a sweat!! I called my doctor and made an appointment for another x-ray tomorrow and will see her after.

I drove to my Psychiatrist office. He said I was so pale he was worried about me. I left there and I didn't think I would make it home. I was sweating and dizzy. I am going back to bed now. This is CRAZY!!
