Xpost: Diet Workshop Muffin recipe

Anyone remember The Diet Workshop? My mom used them back in the late 70s/early 80s and used to make a delicious chocolate muffin with mashed banana in it. it was dark chocolate brown, not a banana muffin with chocolate chips.

If you - or your Mom - has the recipe, I would love it. I can't find it on the internet anywhere.
