Not much going on here except I am busy as all get out....showing apartments today and need to go to mail the boxes for back home....Bandit wants out and will do that right away because we are to get rain soon.

Will check back after work if I can....

Morning Judy, not much going on here. Just baking bread today, my DH prefers it to store bought. Thank goodness I have a bread maker. I run the dough cycle & bake it in the oven, more like homemade that way. When my son is home I make it about every other day.

We have been "spring cleaning". I can't believe how much junk we have. Not Christmas shopping this year, giving the grands money. They all have things to save for. Hope you all have a great week!!!!  Nan

We should do cleaning also...just to pooped to do it after we are done working...sighs.

Looks like rain here, but at least my headache has gone. Back to work tonight after visiting the chiropractor. OT again, will be nice. I may get off on Christmas Day, which will give me an extra day with my family. My boss is trying to work it out. 

Mom looked horrible yesterday ... she had two black eyes, looked like a raccoon. Plus the broken elbow.

Not much else happening. Have a good day.

Eileen.....Glad to hear your headache is gone. I am still keeping your mom in my prayers. Poor little lady, I feel bad for her. A broken elbow is bad enough but, it could have been worse and been her hip.

Good morning Judy and everyone.....

Not much happening around here either. I did go out with friends and watched the Vikings win yesterday!!!  That was so exciting!!  I have a sore throat. I am not sure if it was from yelling watching the game or I actually am coming down with something. I will be staying home today for sure.

Judy.... I hope your sister is doing better today...still praying!

Nan....always nice to see you here on OFF!!  I just gave money this year too. I can't do all that shopping anymore. Plus the cost of mailing it all is just too much! Still keeping you in my prayers too.

Vickie....I hope Benny hasn't got you tied up somewhere.....just kidding....he is great! Love the pics from his program!

I was watching the news this morning and just had to stop as I was in tears again! So sad...

Sorry I'm late.  I'm having a busy, hectic day, and have been getting bad headaches bordering on migraines.  Today, I had to go to two doctor's offices to pick up something from each.  I also got my eyebrows waxed.  I was beginning to look like an animal.  I also had to go to the bank, and the grocery store.  I'm still packing boxes, and trying to make sense out of my apartment.  I also had to go to the Social Security office nearby.  Turns out, everything I wanted to do there has to wait till I move.  When I got home, I arranged for my cable, Internet, phone service in Michigan.  The awesome thing is because I'm getting all three, I can purchase either a HP laptop, or 40 inch HDTV for a penny.  Talk about sweet.  Plus, the service is a lot cheaper than what I pay here.  So far, everything is cheaper in Michigan, my rent, auto insurance, health insurance, and a few other things are all cheaper.

Judy, I'm praying for your sister.  Keep us posted.

Eileen, I am praying for your Mon.  It sounds like she really did a number on her body.  A year ago, my fall really caused a ton of health issues, so I can empathize.

Tonight, I'm going to relax, and do some baking.  I just need a break from all the packing.

Hello my sistas!

LOL!  Connie, no Benny hasn't got me tied up!  ROFL!  I'm just busy with preps before Butch gets here on Wednesday.  Went to the bank and grocery shopping this morning.  Spent this afternoon wrapping presents.  Now it's time to fix supper.  Where does the day go?

Judy, I gave up on watching the news.  Mostly gave up on FB, too.  I just cannot look at the pictures of those sweet babies without falling apart.  I have enough to deal with without getting all depressed, too. 

My scale needs new batteries, so I cannot weigh myself right now, but my jeans are definitely tighter today.  This has to stop.  I simply cannot regain this weight.  I am just helpless in the face of baked goods right now.  Made a batch of banana muffins, ostensibly for Benny, but who is eating them?  ME!  I've been into the fudge, too.  Oh, I know better!  One bite and I cannot stop.

I need to go throw some dinner together now.  Thinking about making black bean burritos.  Trying to go back to eating more vegetarian meals.
