I'll be praying for your sister. Yes, Advil is an NSAID, and they act as blood thinners, so being on Coumadin myself, I am off all aspirin and NSAID's. I miss Advil, because it was the only thing that got rid of my bad headaches. Tylenol is the only over the counter pain med I can take. I'm surprised the doctor who put your sister on Coumadin didn't warn your sister. Mine did.

Aloha Judy.......Oh, my....I am just sighing here. So much sadness lately. I always wished I had a sister, but was blessed with a brother instead. Actually I did have a sister....connie.....but she died before I was born....of rhuematic fever (sp?). I have always had a strong connection with Connie......and am jealous of those of you who have sisters.

I had another sibling between me and my older brother but it was born still born and they wouldn't tell mom what it was...buried in a cigar box with my uncle that was killed in WWll
