Good Morning Family,

How is everyone today?  I have been exhausted from sleeping in my rocking chair two nights in a row.  My bed is covered with stuff from two days ago.  I still sleep the same amount of time.

My two friends from church were here yesterday for about an hour and a half, and they blitzed my kitchen.  Most of my stuff there is packed now,  I asked them to leave me two or three dishes and glasses, and they packed most of my pots, casseroles and glasses.  When they ran out of newspaper, they packed most of my DVD's.  All of the boxes are being packed in my bedroom.  Thank God for ample floor space.

Today, I have to go to Cherry Hill, New Jersey to get my Christmas shopping completed,  My son and his wife want Crate and Barrel gift cards.  Since there is a Bed, Bath and Beyond near there, I can finish my shopping, I think.'

Must scoot.  Praying for everyone's needs.

Love and hugs,

Trish

Good frosty morning Trish and my OFF sistas!

Another freeze this morning, but then that's it for awhile.  We're going back up into the 70s tomorrow.

Nothing much new going on here.  My incision is driving me nuts, so that's about right, I think.  LOL!  If it's not itching, it's not healing, right?

Trying to get some laundry and housework done today.  Real exciting times.  LOL!

Love you all!

Woke up with a sinus/migraine headache!! Can't do any Christmas shopping till next Wed. when my disability check gets here. Hate waiting so long.

Trish glad to hear you have some help with packing.

Vickie I agree if it's not itching, it's not healing!

Good Morning OFF Family,

Trish, sounds like you are making good progress in getting packed.  Extra hands are always such a help.  Glad to hear you have those extra hands.

Vickie, wish the temperature would stay in the 60's, but this is South Central Texas. Glad you are healing but that itching is no fun! Laundry is  calling my name. Need to get it done before the weekend.

My granddaughter just announced that she and her fiance are getting married on New Years Eve. At least it will be here and not in Las Vegas as she had originally wanted. Just want her to be happy. She does not want the stress of a formal wedding; this is so like her ... make a decision and whip it into shape.  Certainly will have a busy 18 days. So glad shopping is done and cookies are baked.

Hugs and prayers to everyone, Sandra

Hi Trish and my OFF family:

Glad your packing is going well. I'm still unpacking. Woke up with a headache and a neckache and still feel miserable, although not as bad as I did when I woke up. I had some errands to run in the morning, which made the headache worse. Now that I'm home, had some soup and my coffee, the pain is subsiding. Needed to do laundry, but didn't get that done.

Mom didn't need surgery on her elbow, just a cast from her wrist to her shoulder for four weeks. She can't do anything by herself, even pull up her panties after going to the bathroom. My brother is going nuts. He is hoping her doctor will recommend she get home health help because he can't do this by himself. Quite frankly, she should be in assisted living ... she can barely do anything by herself and is having cognitive issues now, too. She can't even stand for more than a minute or two.

Well, that's all for me. Have a good day.

She should be evaluated and see how bad off she is and then IF she needs assisted living or nursing home they will put her on the list if none are available right now...prayers continue.

Hi tthere ill bring up the rear! Carl and I and my pooch are leaving in the am for Chicago! we decided to go a bit early cause a storm might be brewing on Monday! I want to beat it!

My car is packed and Im ready to roll on up! If I forgot anything Well there r stores! And this chick lives to shop! Imagine that!

anyway I ended up at Walgreens four times today cause I can't count medication! I was running low on my refills. Thank goodness my company's are low! Otherwise I would have to mortgage my life to take medicine! I think if I had to pay retail for what I take it would cost me 2000.00 a month. Or more.  I mean co pays.   This iPad likes to type for itself!!!!!

Well I need to sleep three old ark o'clock comes early!
