Wednesday Morning and the Sun is Out
Evening OFF family!!!
Had a Christmas party for the tenants today and they had a good time!! Each one recieved a gift and they were HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Imagine that!!! LOL All got a gift that cost maybe a buck or so and some got hats that I made...they loved it all!!!!!!!!!! They took up a collection and gave us money for our gift. WOW!!! Not alot but something!!! I even had several help me clean up this time!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL So the next party will be Easter I guess. Not sure if I will start up a bingo once a week for gag gift type things for prizes. Boss didn't make it here for the meeting said she would try for maybe next week. Will let me know for sure when so I can let my tenants know. LOTS of food left over and all of it so good!!!!!!!!!! Only had about 6 slices left of ham out of two hams. Guess they liked the ham I picked out...hahaha!!
Got Jason here and we have been partying since about 3...lol we are having a great time....:-) So glad he applied for this job and we all like each other!!!!
Sad news though...my friend Carol (one of our tenants) her mom had heart surgery several weeks ago and last night she flatlined...they treid for a long time to get her back and no go. She is on life support right now all because her "grandson" that she put in charge of her wants her left like this until AFTER Christmas!!!!!!!!!!! He said he can't deal with her and Christmas right now...mean time he is selling anything worth something and has not paid her rent for 2 months...Carol is calling the probate judge in the morning and see if she can get him arrested or something. He is a felon on top of it all...it is so sad. I am here for her if and when she needs me!! Not sure what else I can say to her except tell her her mom is not suffering....her mom never was a mother to her all her life she said...so sad!!!! So if you would all keep her in your prayers and thoughts I would appreciate it so much!!!
Well best go and see what my rednecks are up to...kind of quiet...lol

Good evening OFF family,
Well it's hump day for some of us and let me tell ya I'm looking forward to my 3 days off. Will be busy with a party, taking an elderly lady to her church on Sunday then we are going Christmas caroling at a Nursing home after we take her out to eat after church.
I'm pooped today, watched Holly and got up at 5:30am after going to sleep at 1am...short night..no wonder I'm tired. LOL
