Sunday is apon us
I can't believe it s December 2 already! Iam leaving Togo to Chicago in less than two weeks to see my daughter for a week or so.

Well it is 0127am and I am going to Tampa in the morning. My friends husband is getting ordained as a minister so im
going to the ordination. It will be interesting.

I am about the same. Been a rough few weeks. Can't seem to sleep at night no matter what I try. Hope this passes soon.

Morning Carla and Connie and the rest of my OFF family yet to come in...
Getting rain here off and on today...yuck! BUT it is 53* right now :-) Doing some much needed laundry this morning. Yippee. Rick and Jason are going to move Carol's furniture for her today IF it stops raining long enough. Seems all her help bailed out on her and she is in tears. Even her family will not help her! WTH?? She helped them when they needed her help to move!!! Then after that is done we are supposed to go to Radio Shack and the mall. Finish Christmas shopping. Not much going under the tree but atleast there will be something for each of us. :-)
Went to Bingo last night. Won $40.00 :-) Din't win the BIG monthly drawing...someone did...but they weren't there so they only get 1/2...which was almost $1,000.00. Not bad for 1/2 huh? Oh well. Maybe next month. But Christmas will be over with so will have to try for the weekly drawings on thursdays.
Got the tree up in the club house yesterday. Looks really pretty. There is a party over there today and hopefully they don't destroy it! These people are going to be watched close trust me! Drinkers and no drinking allowed in club house OR in the parking lot! So we will patrol....lol.
Well best go check see if the washers are done going and put clothes in dryers.

Sitting here waiting for my weekly phone call from Butch. I sure do miss that man!
Didn't sleep too well last night. Too much on my mind. I'm still trying to find a carpenter to come and fix the staircase banister on the house in Nac. Very hard to do long distance. I'm worried the sale of the house is going to fall through because of this one stupid little issue.
I am trying to do my Christmas cards today. Last night I got creative and made up some cute return address labels just for Christmas. Hardly anyone knows we've moved yet, or has our new address. Christmas cards are just about a thing of the past nowadays. Each year there are fewer and fewer of them. But I want to send them out this year, just to inform people of our new address.
Today is my mother's 83rd birthday. I wish she was here at Hilltop with us. First she spent Thanksgiving all alone, and today she's spending her birthday by herself. I don't know why she won't consider moving down here with us. I plan to work on her about it over Christmas. She needs to be with us.
Speaking of moving, I saw on FB where Trish is officially moving to be near her munchkins. Hurray! And Eileen got moved into her new apartment yesterday too. So many exciting changes going on. And Carla is traveling again. Girl, don't you ever stay home? LOL!
Connie, hon, I hope you're having a better day today. Thinking about you. Judy, one of these days you're going to hit that big bingo jackpot! Wish we could see some of these trees you're decorating.

Vic...IF I can FIND the cord to my camera that attaches to the computer and I get shown HOW to load the photos you all will regret me learning to show pictures...lmao but I promise I will put pictures up soon as I can find the darn thing!!! Right now I am trying to find my car payment book so I can make my car payment!!! Everything on my pc desk took a tumble and now its all messed up!!! I can't find anything!!! GRRRRRRRRR Guess I shouldn't have papers piled sky high huh?? Sighs.........

Good Morning Carla and Family,
I have had a busy morning so far. Went to the store to pick up today's paper and some groceries. When I got home, I put a pork roast in the crockpot with potatoes and saurkraut. It should be ready by 4:00. Then, I cut out a slew of coupons for my daughter and me.
I got a great coupon for a craft store called AC Moore. It's 25% my entire order this evening. I need to get a bunch of stuff to make something from my grandson, Franklin. It's perfect timing.
This afternoon, I'll be working in my basement. I have a bunch of boxes to go through and need to keep purging stuff.

Good Afternoon OFF friends!
Its been a few days since I have posted but have kept up reading! Its hard to post sometimes from the local Micky Ds!
But I now have internet here at home!! Finally! Its slower than I like! But its affordable so we will deal with slow. I can work for my friend at this speed which is actually our first consideration as that helps pay bills! But I am back online at home!! I ended up cooking my own turkey this past Thurs as I really like turkey and I missed having one to munch on left overs for a weekend so I have done so all weekend and now I am supposedly making Emiral Lagassies turkey bones, onion carrot, and celery stock that will simmer for a couple hrs and make the house smell like turkey all over again then supposedly I am to discard the turkey carcass and blend the rest to put into the freezer as stock for when ever I need soup stock! hahaha !! first time I made it hubby enjoyed the nice "soup" I had made him cept it needed more turkey in it! I have never got my turkey veggie stock in the freezer!! Nice nonfat turkey veggie soup what could be better for him!! and he likes it real well. that's the end of the turkey as well.
I have another useless job interview tomarrow. Ill keep trying though! have to get the tree and decorations up tomarrow also after the carpet gets cleaned. I still miss mom when doing the decorating. I hope she is helping the heavenly tree!!
