Just put two cranberry orange pecan loaves in the oven. House is staring to smell good. New recipe so I hope it's good.
Ended up with pink eye...I always seem to get it but no one around me has it. Who knows??? My back is still acting up, its chilly and rainy today and tomorrow. Krissy went back to school today she's been out sick for 2 days, she still sounds terrible hope she gets better soon.
I know everyone weight loss journey is different but mine seems so slow. Lose 3 lbs then go for 1-3 weeks and nothing. I was hoping I'd be one of those that the pounds melt off. Ok, enough whining!!! I need to be thankful for the weight that I have lost and all the wonderful blessing God has given me.

I don't know of too many people who 'melt' off the pounds in my support group . With the exception of the men.
Usually the decline is not an even loss but a series of steps, some long, some short. 3 pounds every couple of weeks is not bad. We always wish for tons more!!
Keep following the recommended plan. Star journaling when, what and how much you are eating and drinking. Make sure you are measuring, not eye-balling the amounts.
If you are concerned, take the journal to your Dietitian and ask for help. There might be a reason for what you consider a slow loss but probably not.

Afternoon OFF family...Well I see OH is at it again changing things...or is it because my pc went off when the power did this afternoon when a semi hit the power lines???? GRRRRRRRRR
Debbie...when I had my WLS I thought I would never get weight off!! I would lose a pound and stall...I had SO many stalls I thought I would NEVER get this weight off!!! Lo and Behold it DID come off!!! In 8 months I was on the horse you see me on in my photo here!!! Amazing huh? I was 334 pounds when I started out!! Hnag in there you WILL get your weight off!!!
Carla it is 44* here right now...so soon as I get off here I am going to pass out my December News letter and Christmas cards while it is NICE out!!! LOL 104 units and it is done...then I get the tree up in club house!!!! Back is already hurting me...sighs.
Didn't win the power ball lottery...heck we didn't even have one number on our tickets!!!! Waste of money!!!
Well my lunch is over with so better get going.

What a glorious day in Central Texas, 69 for the high today and crystal clear blue skies.
Finished two more batches of cookies and another one chilling. Time to start wrapping gifts. Not my strong suit or so my girls say. I spend too much time getting he packages just right. Their goal is just to get it done. I want them pretty!!!
I was not a fast looser either. I took me 12 months to loose 115 lbs. Just keep to the plan your doctor devised for you and you will Stay strong.
Time to roll that last batch of cookies for today.

Carla, I'm glad you were able to get us started. I tried posting last night and a couple of times this morning, but I kept getting an error message.
Sorry to say that I'm not a millionaire this morning either. Boo!
Today has me waiting around on the plumber to come and check out my ho****er heater. Butch says it's probably just a couple of burned out elements. I sure hope so. I don't want to have to buy a new ho****er heater and have it installed on my own.
Yesterday I went to see a new skin doctor about a suspicious lesion that appeared on my upper left arm. I've had small skin cancers on my left arm and left leg before. Why on the left? Because that's the side that gets constant exposure to the sun when I'm driving. Anyway, he removed it and sent it off for a biopsy. Also found another spot on my back left shoulder blade that he wanted to biopsy as well. Be about a week before we find out the results.
Benny is just about to wear me out these days. I love him dearly, but sometimes I really miss my old life! He's down for a nap right now, and I'm fixing to follow suit. I'm sure if I get comfortable and fall asleep the plumber will come! LOL!

Hi Carla and my OFF family:
Been busy this morning ... went out to meet with my new landlord at my new apartment. He put in a new stainless steel dishwasher. OMG, it's gorgeous. I finally have a dishwasher that will clean something, unlike what I have here. Looked around the place one final time before I left to see where the master bedroom was (it has a half bath attached) so I know where to tell the movers to put the bed. The whole places has really nice light cocoa brown carpeting, and there's new tile flooring in the kitchen, new light oak cabinets with a little counter space for a breakfast nook type area. I love it.
It's 54 degrees here, Carla, and supposed to get up to the 60s over the weekend. Will be nice moving weather.
Not much else going on here ... back to work tonight. Got rid of my headache at last. Have a good day.
