Nov 8: Today I am thankful for...

Today I am thankful for my loving husband of 31 years. I can honestly say he is still the best thing that ever happened to me. He loves me, protects me, takes care of me, and can still make me laugh over the silliest things. We've been through a lot, but the trials have only made us stronger. "Blessed am I among all women because I am my lover's beloved."

Vickie you truly are blessed! You just keep loving that man of yours and congrats on 31 years!!

Today I'm thankful for getting my grocery shopping done before I pick up my grandkids tomorrow.

Today I am thankful for having the balls to stay cool and calm while my wicked tenant went off on me and Rick on her own doings that started it all...in fact I shut the door in her face to shut her up! LOL

 

Vickie......I envy you so much....31 years....that is wonderful...Congratulations!!

No one ever came close to loving me that way. Maybe in my next lifetime!!

 

Can't think of anything to post as being really thankful for today. That is other that my granddaughter Kyleigh who loves me. It is Kyleigh and me....we always stick together!!

Gratitude:

 

Every day, on rising and,, when I lay down to sleep, I again do my “GRATITUDES”.

 

Today I am grateful because I got to sleep five whole hours in one shot! (new meds)

 

I am also grateful for my wonderful family, JB who worries so much but never lets it show, except by letting me sleep for hours and never tries to make me feel guilty about that…for suddenly slipping  a pizza into the oven so I don’t have to cook a big meal, for not complaining when I get way behind in my housework because bone pain makes my whole body tremble, for my boys who are always aware of my crazy sleeping cycles and love to tease me about living the life of a Queen yet are so cautious that they do not expose me to any germs when they can avoid it. And for my handsome, brilliant sons who make me laugh! What a joy they are to me!

 

I’m grateful that I have so many wonderful friends and really do care about me.

 

It’s often the SMALLEST things that mean so much.  For this I am grateful.

Today I am thankful for my dogs. They keep me warm when I am cold, make me laugh when I am sad, & nap with me when I am tired.

Today I'm thankful for my OFF family!

I'm feeling very agitated,  I'm jumping out of my skin, but it helps so much to read all your post and I realize how much I have to be thankful for.

My amazing husband of 30 years, my 2 beautiful children, my 6 loving animals and my wonderful family including all my in-laws who have always been there for me!

Today I'm thankful for 8 wonderful, delightful, fun-loving, beautiful (inside & out), thoughtful, and smart grandkids!!! Yeah, I'm bragging. They are 8 distinct personalities and I was truly blessed to know each one.
