PV.....hope your hubby had a great birthday. Sounds like plenty of people remembered! The cruise with your girlfriend and sister sounds fun. Hope the insurance comes through soon and you can get your surgery.
Trish....I am so sorry you are still having so much pain with your ears and sinus'. I hope they can figure out what's wrong and help you get that fixed up soon.
I am still in pain . I canceled my Chiropractor for tomorrow. I think it is causing more pain then good right now. I see my medical doctor on Thursday.
I need to go and mail a baby gift to a good friend of mine today. I filled my sister's meds and got the ones called in that needed refills. Such an exciting day!!
I am wishing you all a good day. I am still very concerned about Laureen. Has anyone heard from her??? I am still praying for her and all those out east.

Connie, maybe you should try acupuncture. Just a thought. It does help some people. Unfortunately, insurance doesn't cover it.
Trish, sorry you are still having problems with your sinuses. Gee, can't they figure out what's wrong there and fix it? It's like my swollen legs and right knee replacement ... nobody figures out why it doesn't work right.
I had a dentist appointment this morning, just a cleaning and checkup. The hygienist said my bone structure in my mouth was great, so I guess all that calcium citrate and Vitamin D that I take is doing the job. I have no problems to deal with ... at least no more problems. I think all the issues I've had this year with my teeth have been enough.
After that, I came home, scanned some documents to send to work so I can go back tomorrow, emailed them off to the HR person. Then I'm just hanging out today. I was supposed to have my cleaning lady/personal assistant come over to help me pack but I don't have any money to give her. So we put that off.
It's a gray, chilly day. Can't believe I turned up the heat ... I usually just put on another blanket but I'm really chilly.
Well, have a good day. I have lunch in the oven and it's about done.
We are going out of NJ for the first time and on down to St Martin and St Thomas with a stop at the RCCL port on Hattie. I have been on many cruises. It's my thing. The grands with two Gma's call me Cruz Gma. That is my license plate. I bought my DD a Cruise Planner franchise before I retired. It was suppose to me our business when I retired. It doesn't make enough in this economy to keep me on. I do most of the none Disney research for her and she does EVERYTHING Disney. She even got her EARS,

Sounds like fun. I would love to do another cruise, but the money isn't there. Plus, I've done half my cruises by myself and half with people (Carla and I cruised together; my brother cruised with me once ... he is definitely not a cruiser). My first cruise was to Alaska, then Hawaii. Alaska was the best and I definitely want to do it again.
I agree! I never wanted to cruise to Alaska. Why cruise to cold. But Bill was stationed in Alaska during Korea and it is hard to get him away from the animals. So, to get him to cruise again I did Alaska, OMG. I can't wait to do it again. We were suppose to this year but, not happening.
Cruising with the friend and Sister cuts my cost by three. I have done several by myself when I couldn't get anybody to go but at 200%... The friend I am going with this time I had met her and her husband on a cruise. I was cruising that time with another women I had met cruising with her husband. All total I have met three women cruising with their husbands that have gone on to cruise with me. It is a case of the husbands not being able to go as much as us. Or they don't have enough money for them both to go and we share the cost and get our fix.
We are cruising in a balcony for 20 days for less than what we were going to do 14 days in an inside for. I'm all about the cheap!

Had a rotten weekend due to gut pain but today is much better, thank goodness I had the w/e off work so I read 2 books and just relaxed and didn't do anything else. Not even going to church!
Resting the gut still and drank some EAS protein drink thinking good thoughts and besides it's November and we have got to give thanks all month right??? Right!!
