I'm late to this here welcome wagon, but I don't get on as often as I used to and living in the area where the storm hit pretty hard, though my immediate area was not badly hit, I've been busy with lots of other stuff. . .  So welcome and sounds like you are doing an amazing job of utilizing the tool the surgeon gave you.  Best wishes for your continued good health and hopefully a much more freeing lifestyle.
