Pumpkin Fluff Recipe
Hey y'all,
This is an old recipe and has probably been seen before, but I thought I would share it with y'all. I made this sugar-free (SF) fat free (FF) diet version, but you could certainly make it using non-diet items for your grandkids or family. It's very good with apple slices or graham crackers for dipping. You can also pile it in a pie crust, if you prefer. Enjoy!
PUMPKIN FLUFF
1 sm box SF/FF butterscotch pudding
1/2 c. FF milk
2 Tbs. SF maple syrup
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 15-oz. can of pumpkin (not pie filling)
8 oz of SF Cool Whip
In large glass bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice. (You can add a bit more milk if needed.) Stir in the canned pumpkin, mixing well. Next, fold in the Cool Whip. Chill several hours before serving.
