lol trust me it WAS easy!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL happy he is gone and now the tenants that know and liked him are giving us flack...BUT they only know HIS story not the truth!!!!!!

and YES we are geting tresspassing on him AND the loud mouth tenant that is moving out!!! i am also going to have the police stand by while i do the walk through when they turn it back to us and i hand her the tresspassing notice!!! LMAOOOOOOOOOOO
