GOOD DAY TODAY....
I feel like Donald Trump!!!! I FIRED Randy this morning!!!!!!!!!!! First I had a chat with him and AGAIN he lied right to my face!!!!!!!! So I told him I was tired of his lies and all that I have been hearing last couple weeks!!! He begged me to write him up or give him a verbal warning AGAIN!!! I said Its over!!!!! I want ALL the keys and you to leave and do NOT come back on this property again per Robbie!!!!!!!! (boss) He left...came back in and asked me if Rick was in agreement to this!!!!!! I said YES!!!!!! I also told him he was very lucky to have the job this long after what he said about me to Rick at the festival because Rick was ready to beat him up!!!!!!! He left...I am sure his mouth is on the phone letting all the tenants KNOW I fired him!!!!!!!! Its a matter of time I will hear.
I have a new guy working on a trial and he is off sick right now. Same thing as Rick has. Looked at what he did so far and OMG you would think it was all done the way he cleaned up after himself!!!!!!!!! We looked at what Randy said was done and ready to be cleaned...OMG what a disaster in there!!!!!!!!!! So I am sure AJ will be our new guy here!!!!!!!! Now to get him well so he can work....:-)
Thanks for being here for me through all this...its now all over and hope he keeps away from us!!! Will find out tomorrow night if anything is going on at the VFW for we will be there for the weekly drawing!!!!

yes he is gone but his mouth is flapping on the phone and tenants getting calls!!! the fun is just starting now!!! getting a no tresspassing on him and soon as the foul mouth tenant moves out i am getting one on her as well!!!!!!!! she started on my again today calling me a man and rick NO maintenance guy...complex has NOBODY NOW!!!! omg i told her to shut up and walked away...will be so happy when she is gone!!!!!!! is it the end of the month yet????????
AJ got the job making MORE money an hour than randy.....lmaooooooooooooooooooooooooo

That must have felt really good today. You endured well beyond my own personal breaking point. I'm glad you are free of that bum. I hope you are able to make sure neither Randy or the nasty tenant can trespass, and if they do you call the police immediately.
