Good Morning from MIchigan!

Its going to be another beautiful autumn day here in Owosso!  Yesterday was a perfect day!    This be camping weather!   cool nights   cool sweet mornings  warm afternoons  sweatshirt evenings.  I believe we are done with camping for the year though   will use the motor home during the holidays probably  but that's it.    Been busy here with the running around I do for volunteer work  and job hunt  and enjoying the fall weather.    I  love this time of year  but start feeling like winter is closing in on me so just have to be outside      And  I am finally conquering my messy house!   I literally haven't done much since mom died  just the minimum  so now the  closets and corners and nooks and crannies and cobwebs and getting done         I do read daily and keep praying for all friends here   have a great day every one   

Good mornin' ya'll.
Our son and DIL and grandson head to Great Lakes for our other grandson's graduation from boot camp. We will babysit the dogs.
My DH and I head to the Commissary for a few groceries.
Fall has definately fallen here as well. I love Fall and Spring here. No humidity. We can enjoy the outdoors and have our windows open.
Off I go!

I noticed there are two threads this morning. I already posted on Trish's but want to stop by and say hi here!  

Jo.....good for you getting your organizing/cleaning done. It is so much nicer to come home to a clean house that's for sure. Much easier to find things too! I know you are always so busy and it was hard for you when your mom died. Glad you are feeling better now.

Carolyn...I am so proud of  your grandson! He sure has grown up, a lot in the last year. It is nice of you to look after the dogs. What site do you use for all your posted little characters...cats etc ??


Autumn is beautiful and I enjoy the fall colors. I prefer it 80-90 degrees every day!! I am definitely living in the wrong state!  I DON'T look forward to winter at all!  I am cold and in pain constantly for months...grrrrrrr!!!!

I am with you on loving the 80-90 degree weather.  I hate the cold.  It causes me so much physical pain, and there is the seasonal depression.  Yuck.  I know I am living in the wrong state, but my kids and Munchkins all live in the North, and I am not wealthy enough to fly to and from Florida for visits to them.

Howdy from another Michigander and it indeed is beautiful today. Too bad I'm at work right now and not enjoying the sunshine this evening or watching a beautiful sunset.

Got tomorrow and Friday off so I'm still recovering from this nasty cold. Will be dog sitting for 2 more of my "granddogs" this weekend while mom and dad have a mini vacation camping up north and the babies are going to their other grandparents.

Saturday I'm working another double. I don't mind it and I save on gas when I trade days for a double anyway.
