YAY ME!!!
Today is my 5 year Surgiversary!!!
I am so happy I had this life changing surgery. I have my ups and downs but I have no regrets! I am still 28 pounds up from my lowest weight. I lost some of it and now with all the stress it is back on....grrrrr!! I am planning on getting back to basics again next week. I can't go any further the other way!!
Thank you all for all the encouragement and support. YOU are the best there is!! I would be lost without this wonderful group!

I'm sure you can do what you need to, you've had a lot to deal with and well, we are programmed in a manner as to how we deal with stress, takes a lot of being in the present to ward off those extra calories. . .

You sharing your daily experiences is such a big part of my day/week, etc. All of you actually. WLS might be our main thing in common, but over the years, we have certainly shared more than many of us do with our families!! Me, for one.
