Thursday Things
Good mornin' ya'll!
Raied all night. Soggy back yard! Full of mosquitoes out there! I had to go to the shed this morning and I have bites all up my legs. Thank goodness for the Benadryl pen things!
Nowhere to go today. Housekeepers will be here so that means our son won't be by for lunch. He has trouble napping while they are cleaning! Our DIL is going to Indiana over Labor Day to get our grandson's truck. She and her other son will fly up and drive the truck back. He will be going to his "A" school in Florida after boot camp. And he'll need his truck after that. His wife can't drive a truck AND a car to their next duty station!
Hope everyone is doing very well today.

Carolyn.....yuck mosquitoes.....those nasty little critters! Sounds like you have it bad where you are. I never used a Benadryl pen but heard they work great.
I have nothing planned today. I will go tanning and maybe clean the house today. My sister went somewhere for the day so I have the house to myself....YAY!!
I am really missing my friend Pam. Yes, I saw her yesterday but it just isn't the same. She is just not herself anymore. She doesn't laugh and talk and tease me about silly things. I know it isn't her fault as her thinking and speech is way off. None the less I miss HER very much!! Makes me very sad. She was my sidekick for so long.

Good Morning Carolyn and Family,
Well, busy does not begin to describe my life these days. I love just throwing myself into my volunteer work these days. I was supposed to volunteer at the campaign office last night, but I just felt like crap. My doc put me on an antibiotic for another sinus infection. I'm still wearing the boot, per doctor's orders.
Today, I swept my floor, and dusted. I was going to mop the floors, but I have a burn on my right forefinger, and don't want to get it messed up with chemicals. I'll wait till tomorrow, to give it a chance to heal. I burned it getting a piece of toast out of the toaster.
This afternoon, I'm heading to the agency for my volunteer work. I really want to go back to bed. I don't know why I have been so tired these days. I get plenty of sleep.
Well, must scoot.

Yes, I had sinus surgery in the beginning of June. That was my third sinus surgery. My problem is I have so many allergies, environmental as well as seasonal that as soon as I encounter an allergen, my sinuses close up, and then get infected. I take Allegra D, Nasonex, and Singulair religiously, every morning and night. I'm more conscientious with them then any of my other meds. But, my sinuses haven't been right since my surgery. Unfortunately, my referral ran out and I didn't find out till the day before my follow up appointment and the next available time for my ear/nose/throat doc is the third week in September. He's so good there's that kind of wait to get in to see him, and when you get to his office, you sometimes have to wait more than an hour to see him.
When I saw my family doctor, he told me they were red and raw when he looked at them, and told me I could use the saline rinses, which I already do. So, he ordered me an antibiotic. I've been on it since Monday, and still feel like doggy doo doo. If I still feel crappy on Monday, I'll call him.

Good morning Off friends
Its still morning for 1/2 hr. My baby cats are gone
I miss them I love baby kittys I enjoy watching their personalities develop they went to great new homes and we do have several great cats of all ages around here. . I hate mosquito bites and I am allergic to deet so cant use anti bug stuff. that's OK i try my best to avoid the pests
I enjoy my volunteer driving a lot. I can decide when i do that and that is a real need in our very rural county, prayers going up from our house to all of yours have a good Thursday friends and a great weekend coming up

WOW...be careful with those mosquitos!! So much of the west nile virus out there!!!
Had a call this morning one of my tenants fell...poor thing! She had just gotten home from rehab not long ago with her broken leg...had help there to lift her...she said she was ok...hope so!
Still working on those two recerts and talk about a headache!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!!
Got a check in the mail today...big deal! $100.00 BONUS finally!!!!!!! You would think after almost 10 months it would be more but nope only a piddly $100.00!!!!!! Oh well it is something I guess. Sighs.
Wrote Randy up for cutting the tenants tomato plants down and also the flowers and breaking the solar lights at another. He doesn't know it yet. Need Rick to sign it also. Hope he likes it! Maybe it will sink in he needs to be careful from now on or else!!! GRRRRRRRR
Well time to get back to work...yippeee thoughts and prayers for all that need them!!
