SCARED

Hi Judy,
Do you have xanex? Call the doctor and get some. The generic is very inexpensive and sleep will really help your mood. I do know the feeling too. My cancer was caught early and I didn't get too stressed, but when I fell and cracked my spine they thought it had spread- that is when I freaked out. I worried (really worried) for weeks until they ruled it out. I tell you that to remeind you that doctors are very careful with the "possibility" of cancer. Many times it is NOT cancer. If it turns out that you have something that is "pre-cancer" they take all precautions to prevent it from becoming cancer. This is good news. That is the benefit to the screenings. Calm down if you can. Reach out to friends. Take enough Xanex to sleep and regroup. That's my advice.
