Thursday What's New With You?
I'm hoping some of these hunger pains go away soon. The best thing in all this is I'm finding out how much of an emotional eater I've been. I've always known that, it's just so up in my face now, so hopefully this will help me face my monsters head on with out food. I Haven't had time to get the sticks yet but they are on my list. It was very hard to cook tonight. It's time they learn to do it them selves, but I didn't cheat and I'm pretty darn proud of myself!

When I was on the full liquid post op diet for two weeks, I found smoothies made with Dannon Lite and Fit Yogurt, skim milk and berries very filling. I also add Anywhey protein powder, which is flavor free. A yogurt smoothie with berries is tasty and full of protein and calcium.
Just take it a day, or hour, at a time. You can do it.

I just remembered something. Pudding and fudgsicles are considered full liquids. I bought tons of sugar free chocolate pudding and at tons of sugar free fudgesicles and popsicles during that full liquid diet. Also, popsicles and Jello are considered clear liquids. At leasst the pudding will have you feeling fuller than juice or soda.
