Wacky Wednesday What's Up?
I forgot about the psych eval. Mine was written by my psychiatrist, who consulted with my psychotherapist, because they were colleagues, and he wrote it up and sent it to Dr. Marymor. I didn't feel comfortable paying a stranger, and my therapist suggested I have my psychiatrist write it.
That reminds me, I have to call Barix tomorrow to schedule my six year follow-up, and get Dr. Marymor to send me the order for the bloodwork.
