Tuesday already.....what's happening in your world?

Okay, sistas, help me out here.  WTH is going on with my body?  It's over 100 degrees outside and I am bundled up in flannel pj pants and WOOL socks!  I just cannot seem to get warm today.  Which is crazy.  My body is going crazy on me.  I just hope my head doesn't decide to go crazy too!  LOL!

Is this what perimenopause is like?  A period every 2 weeks and crazy shivers?  Ugh.

Get your thyroid checked...I used to suddelly get cold and could not understand why....a HYPOTHYROID ( slow underperforming thyroid) gives you the sudden freezies``...and can be checked with a blood test...Have your TSH and anything thyroid tested ...hypo (low) and ...hyper (over active)..Hope you fnd the trouble!
