morning all
Karen...thank you for your kind words and support.
I am seeing a therapist and have for about 30 years now. I saw her last week and she upped my medication for now. I am trying my best to get through this. Funny how events can trigger the past so quickly. Like turning on a light bulb. I am following her directions and have people watching me closely. I hate feeling this way and hope to get through it soon.
You are so wonderful....thanks for taking the time to send me a message.
Love and many hugs.....connie d

Carolyn, my problem was all pain, so Ambien wouldn't have helped my insomnia. ... I would nod off or start to, and just start hurting all over. I finally stopped hurting late this afternoon ... funny, it was after walking in the store (although my knee hurt then). I take a bunch of stuff to get to sleep (gabapentin, flexeril, elavil ... these are all prescribed and the docs know what I'm taking), plus usually a vicodin because of the pain I'm in. Usually these all work but last night nothing worked.
