That was my goal also to get on a horse again!!! Got to do that and more!!!! Now I have arthritis in my back and hips and the sciatic nerve so IF I ride anymore all I can do is let the horse walk...no problem!! Atleast I AM on a horse again!!! But the friend that owns the horse is in Michigan and I now live in Ohio. Need to find friend in Ohio with horses yet...LOL
How far along are you to getting your surgery? Wishing you the best in your journey and keep stopping in!! We are a great bunch here with loads of support no matter what!!!

I am so excited. Friday I received my approval letter for revision of RNY. I originally had surgery in Sept of 2007. Lost 115, after being in a really bad car accident I regained 75 :-( I have made a lot of changes since then. Right food choices, no alcohol, etc.
I look forward to posting on here, and getting to know everyone.

I had my RNY go**** wil be 6 years come october! I lost 170lbs gained some back lost it and now up a few again....grrrr There are so many here that are very supportive and you will love it here trust me!!! We are like one big family!!!
I am up early everyday...lol I am a manager of an apartment complex and have to get up early everyday to open up the club houses and laundry rooms for the tenants. We live onsite and are oncall 24/7. No rest for the weary as they say. But we love it here even if you see me posting complaints about it at times! ;-)

OK I am back again. Well yesterday turned out to be so-so as in not quiet for us...My friend that lives here (Carol) called me asking me to help her...posted that on Connie's thread so if you want to go read about it I won't repeat it again here...So spent some time with her til she felt better...all ok rest of the day...then just fell asleep and the phone rings...its the hospital calling. WTH? I didn't get to it in time so they hung up...phone rings again...its the hospital again. I answer right away...They tell me they are bringing one of my tenants home in a few minutes and she doesn't have her key...would we be so kind to let them in when they arrive? YES we will do that. Not sure when they came for her...must have been when we went to the store for a couple things. So Rick was still up so he went over to office for the keys to her apartment and wait for them. While he was there he found out someone put the whole roll of toilet paper in the toilet in mens room!!!!!! WTH????? Not sure who did it as we were not in the office all day and the laundry room was open 8am til 8pm. GRRRRR Guess we will put up a note and let them know if it happens again there will be NO PUBLIC USE OF THOSE BATHROOMS!!! See how they like that?! Nurses and Aids are not allowed to use their patients bathrooms while they are there so it could have been one of them? Or it could have been one of the kids that were here visiting?
Want to go to the county fair today but not sure if it is going to rain or not. Sure looks like it is going to. Radar isn't showing any inour neck of the woods...yet. Had a Small storm come through last night but didn't do anything to help the grass at all. Still so dry here from the lack of rain. 74* right now. Muggy also.
Back home in Michigan there was a 50th birthday party for my ex-husbands oldest son. Did I get an invite? No. Would we have gone? Not sure. I always liked Jeff...he stood up for me even told his dad once..."dad, can't you ever say anything nice to her?" He was always there for me when I needed him too. So what would have stopped me from going? His wife. Never did like her much and after I left Gary...well she became even more disliked...won't go into it just trust me she is a witch and I should start that word with a B instead.
Had homemade Shishkabobbs on the grill last night with my homegrown veggies! YUMMMM Only veggie that was store bought was the mushrooms and onions. Green pepper, banana pepper, japeleno pepper and tomatoes all mine....;-)

Sorry I didn't get back on here yesterday to answer posts. My day was a whirlwind!!
Trying to have a quieter day today.....getting calls to go places already so that could definitely change. However, it will have to be indoor events....over 90 today and the humidity and dew point are awful already!
Judy...the toilet paper issue could have been just about anyone....so childish!! Your kabobs sounded awesome!! I love home grown veggies!

Welcome to the new gal here. Hope the revision goes well. I'm not losing at a very good speed, but I'm still losing.
Yesterday, I hung out at home. I really was not motivated to go outside much, due to the humidity. Stuck my head out when I pust Utley out, and it feels humid again today.
Today, I am supposed to be getting ready for church. I just am so tired. I'm still on the Benadryl for the itchiness. I get the stitches out on tomorrow. I also get the biopsy results back. I have peace about the results no matter what they are. God is in control of every aspect of my life, and has not let me down yet when I have had trouble with all the health issues I have had in the past year. He's always with me, strengthening me, and blessing me when I find myself sick or in he hospital with a bad leg.
