I have a busy day planned so only have a few minutes to check in. The temps and humidity are really high again. I love the heat but the heavy air about kills me!!

Well, actually, it's afternoon now. I am moving slowly today. My apartment is a disaster, and I am barely awake because I am still taking the Benadryl for the itchiness.
I'm gonna tackle the laundry that has piled up in my bedroom later this afternoon. I also need to get my butt to an AA meeting. I need the sanity that I get from that.
My kitchen is in chaos from clutter, not dirty dishes. I have counters covered with stuff that needs to be put away.
Must scoot and get to work.

Thanks for asking. The itchiness still comes, as does some minimal pain. I had the surgery about 12 days ago. I get my stitches out on Monday.

Guess we have 2 threads going today so I will post to yours also...had my friend Carol call me this morning asking for my help! Seems she was having seizures yesterday and couldn't call anyone for help and today she is having the after effects of tremors from them and needed help getting herself around to get food and meds and a shower and maybe dressed...I wanted to call the rescue squad but she wanted no part of that! OK...so I sat with her and helped her for about 3 hours til I was sure she was ok. She is so mad at Pat for leaving her yesterday after he saw that she wasn't "right"!! So when he came over there while I was still there she told him about it!! Soooo next time IF there is a next time she is like that and he sees she isn't "right" he is to call 911 and/or call me!!!!!!!! He said ok and walked out like nothing...OMG!!!!!!!! She is so mad at him...do not blame her at all!!! He wants her to do things for him all the time and yet she needed him and this is how he repays her?????? Sighs.....
Looks like we could get rain anytime now but not sure because it keeps breaking up all the time. But it is getting more humid out there for sure! Probably will wait til tomorrow when we want to go to the fair...story of our life. LOL
OK going to go sit outside and enjoy the QUIET for a change...ahhhhhhh shhhhhhhh did I say that to loud?
