Hello friends!!! this is vrinda from India....I am 57 had lap band last yr...lost 8 kg still need to loose 10 kg....my knees are weak....so I must loose weight..

very nice site..and all of you are so friendly.....

Hello !!! thanks for your wonderful response!!! Its so good to have such supporting friends!!!

I am now walking around the house and also doing weights...and the weight is slowly falling off!!!

I am going to melbourne in a few months and need to be more fit and active for my grandchildren!!!
