Tuesday What's Happening?
Sending hugs your way Connie, I woke up this morning in lots of pain, my lower back, legs, hell seems like everything hurts, which is probably why I'm so cranky ;)
Hang in there sweetie, you'll get through it. . .

Trish,
You don't have to apologize for not participating, I get that many of the people on here are not necessarily planners, but I think logging and keeping a food journal is an important tool in aiding us long term, the studies done have said as much. A person can't change what they don't know needs changing, a food log is something that I can refer to for honest apprasial of what I need to adjust. My house is also full of WLS friendly foods, however, too much of even good stuff, puts pounds on and I can attest to that for myself.
There was no rule about when to enter your food, just to do so as a form of accountability and a way to aid others in getting ideas and for newer people to see how life further down the road can be like. The reason I can pretty much figure out what I'm eating is because, each Sunday I cook for my workweek as I have a hectic schedule and I need to plan or I subject myself to eating on a whim, which is how I got to be so morbidly obese to begin with; so cooking and portion control has become a way of life for me and it's one of the things I was never that good at, or I should say, I was willing to do before. Plain and simple, I was LAZY about self care, today I am not and I have created a good habit in the process.
Glad you are enjoying your new backyard furniture and it's already pretty hot out there, hope you got to cut your grass before it got that way. . .
Have a great day!
