Tuesday - Watcha Eating Today?
4.8 years post-op, this is my plan today, not too much different from yesterday. . .
B: 1.5 (3 inch) apple ricotta pancakes with 1.5 pieces of turkey bacon
S: Strawberries, blueberries and laughing cow cheese wedges (2)
L: Salad made with romaine lettuce, tomato, red onion and some bbq pulled chicken, with light dressing
S: 100 calorie bag of popcorn and some cheese
D: Salad and chicken
S: No sugar added Klondike bar or blue bunny vanilla/raspberry swirl treat. . .
Vitamins, calcium supplements and lots of water
