Good Morning ....Whatcha Eating Today????

Good morning everyone. Laureen must be busy this morning so I decided to start her thread today. Hope plenty join in!!!

My plan for today....

B-High Protein Orange Shake (38 gr protein)

L-small chef salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette dressing

D-a meat ball (3-4 ounce) I make them and they are loaded with protein. Also a veggie just not sure what yet. I make 9 meatballs at a time....they freeze so great. Cook them frozen for 2 minutes in the microwave and yum!!

S- fruit of course....blueberries and strawberries!

It is a good day to be lazy - hot and sunny and nice

B - blueberries & cottage cheese. a bit of Kashi om top for crunch
L - 4 oz chicken, broccoli, green salad with FF Italian dressing
D - Not a clue. I get home from the support group too late for anything heavy.

S - not sure about that either.

Looking over my menu, it appears that I am clueless today. Hmm

B:  Ricotta Apple Pancakes (1.5) and 1.5 slices of turkey bacon (I had)

S:  2 Tblspns of Hummus and 1 Laughing Cow wedge with fennel and slices of red pepper (I had)

L:  BBQ Pulled Chicken on a gutted w/w roll (I had)

S:  Fennel and red peppers (love them) with some buffalo chicken dip (about 4 tablespoons) (I had)

D:  Unsure right now

S:  Blue Bunny Sweet Dreams vanilla raspberry swirl ice cream pop, which is dipped in s/f chocolate at the tip. . .  (70 calories of delish)

Vitamins, calcium and lots of water too!


My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

B: Protein Coffee
L: half of sandwich with lots of veggies and 3 oz. beef
D: soup, mixed the 2 soups in the cafe, veggie soup and Broccoli cheese (just a little of that one) and 1 small roll with butter.
S: popcorn made the old fashion way on the stove, no butter
When I get home prune juice mixed with applesauce
