Wednesday - Whatcha Eating Today?

For those of you kind enough to join me on this thread I thank you!

B:  Rest of egg whites omlet from yesterday with other half of w/w, everything bagel

S:  Mix of berries and banana and cheese

L:  More Chicken over bed of romaine, with red onion, fennel, tomato and ken's free raspberry pecan salad dressing. . .

S:  Cherries with a s/f jello sweet temptations

D:  No idea as of the moment

S:  Either Klondike or Blue Bunny raspberry delight or whatever it's called, yummy and only 70 calories

That is my plan for this day, along with vites, calcium and water

I'll try to be more consistent. It helps me to actually think and plan, even though the routine is similar each day.

B - cottage cheese, sliced peach, sprinkle of Kashi
L - chunk of cheese
