Vickie...what an absolutely gorgeous home!!!  Every room is just beautiful and so spacious. The outside is amazing too!!!  It should sell soon. It is ready to move right in and no work to do in any room!

Blue and greens are not my colors but even so just changing bedding etc. is the easy part. You did an awesome job...congrats!!! I am so proud of you!!!

Thank you, Connie!  Yes, I know that paint colors are very personal.  All the how-to-sell-your-house books say to repaint everything in neutral colors, but that would have cost us a fortune.  So I just left it as is.  Same goes with the wall paper and the borders.  I got a couple of quotes for painting over the wall paper in the breakfast nook, and OMG.  It was so much money to strip the paper, texture the walls and then paint.  I just couldn't do it.  I fully expect to have to negotiate the price down anyway.  I might just have to give a painting allowance to sell it, but so be it.

Vickie....I can understand why you left the colors....that would have really cost you a lot of money. Many people love those colors and it is very, very, beautiful!!!!  Everything is so crisp and clean.  I love your breakfast nook. I wouldn't change a thing!!!!!
