It's official! My son in law is CRAZY! He had called my daughter's phone nine times in quick succession, even with the pillow over the phone, she could hear it. Finally got up and called him back. There is always the chance something happened to their son. He said he was outside and wanted to come in!! She looked out the peep hole and sure enough. She told him if he didn't leave ahe was calling the cops. He said he just needed to hug her!! We could see on the camera that he drove out of the gate. He called his daughter to see if ahe wanted to go have breakfast and he would take her to BB practice. She said no, she had already eaten.
The grandson came over to see me on my last day. His Mom told him he could stay til we left for the airport, but then he had to leave. Wanted to know why he isn't welcome. She said he IS welcome but only if she is here or only gone for an hour or so. She is afraid if his dad comes over, son will let him in. Then no telling what he would
do!! I will be so glad to get back to a normal household!

OMG!!!!!!! That man needs to have a restraining order put on him or some type of harrassment charges!!! How in the world can anyone take that man?? WOW!!!! I feel so bad for your family to have to put up with his crap like that!!!! Hopefully your daughters lawyer can get it taken care of soon!!!

Yeah, my daughter is keeping her cool. Tomorrow she is going to AT&T to see about getting a print out of his texts, and get his number blocked from her phone. Then he will send emails and she will have a record of his stuff!
Oregon does not have the divorce of bed and board as someone suggested? Basically, in Oregon, the one that leaves is at fault in the divorce. Doesn't matter if someone was having an affair, or if your spouse beats you. Maybe if he shot you or something. If you leave, you pay!
She left, so she pays! She will talk to her lawyer tomorrow. At $100 a 15 min phone conversation!! Try to find out if there is anything she can do to hurry things along.

Enjoyed the day out on the deck. Made a nice green salad and grilled steAk for dinner. Worked on my hardanger project, read a book, and watered my new maple trees. It was a very good day.
